This hotel is very affordable in price compare to other hotels on that area. Rooms are very clear & furnished We booked double ac room & it is very nice according to the price Behaviour of the hotel staffs & manager is also very good ..

Clean facilities, nice food and kind staff members. Liked their service and very near to Kolkata Airport.

A lot should be improved. Room should be cleaned thoroughly. There were nymphs and cockroaches around. Pest control should be there. Walls were in poor condition. TV was not working, room service was terrible. Bed sheet had stains. At night, uber or ola pickup didn’t come to the exact location, you had to cross the road with your luggages. For the price we paid atleast a decent room should had been given.

Location is good which is just a 10 mints from airport. And i didn't had to worry about the taxi wherever i went. Hotel provided me the taxi without any hassle.

Didn't like the food that much, its ok ok type. Also the food price is a bit high

Just the location free breakfast I have to pay for it never asked for cleaning the room nothing extra it's poor service poor food as its show on Internet nothing like it poor quality service cleaning not good aswell I'll never stay at this place again Sorry to say its poor service
