I would certainly book again as Lynn and husband were lovely attentive hosts. Beautifully decorated room was spotlessly clean with a fantastic view. There was a little table and chair near the window to look out across the bay. Cooked breakfast was lovely. Hotel is not too far to walk to the centre and parking is a bonus.

Great location, within walking distance from all the shops and restaurants, best beaches & attractions and at the same time away from all the crowd and noise of the busy streets. Really nice and peaceful, with amazing view of the harbour and beaches. Everything is thought to detail and extremely clean! If you think there’s always something, I’ll say, not here! Comfy bed, great water pressure, plenty toiletries, everything looking and smelling fresh. And did I mention it is super clean!? Breakfast was delicious and loved the way it was organised, very little to no waiting time once you set at the table. Extra tea, coffee and milk available at any time to top up your room. Due to the restaurants being very busy and most of them fully booked for months, the host set the tables in the evening also, just in case any of us couldn’t manage to eat out and had to opt for take away instead, which I found very sweet and again, really thoughtful. There is parking available at the property which means we didn’t need to move the car and it would have been horrendous to try to find anywhere to park as it was all pre-booked. Lovely host, kind and welcoming. She offered a lot of information and touristic maps; lots of info in the welcoming pack in the room also. Highly recommend it!!

Lovely rooms and great breakfasts and great to have parking at the property. Lynn was the perfect host. We had a marvellous view out towards the harbour.

Not a criticism, but it would have been nice to have a full length mirror in the room.

We loved our room (no 1) to bits and also the location of the B&B is fabulous. The place was really clean and our room was spotless, simply immaculate. We wont be able to book anywhere else when back to Cornwall as we loved our stay, it was so bful and comfortable. Cannot recommend this place enough. Thank you for a great mini bday holiday!
