We loved the location set in the heart of Dartmouth. The property was well equipped with a beautiful shower room and cute outside seating area. Everything was spotless .

Very friendly and helpful hosts who made us feel most welcome. Everything you could possibly need was provided in the room, even drinks and shortbread for our arrival.

Lovely comfortable room with coffee and tea making facilities. Comfortable bed and quiet at night. Access via steps. There is a small outdoor area with views over the rooftops of Dartmouth. Very helpful hosts.

This was a room only Phil gave us tips as to were the best place to eat were we were made to feel very welcome by Valerie and Phil. Lovely people.

The place has steps going down but there can be nothing done about that as Dartmouth is on a hill we manage fine.

Great communication from the hosts right from booking. Valarie met us and took us to a parking space. Lovely room, really comfortable bed, easy walk into Dartmouth, nice and quiet at night, very friendly and informative hosts. We were very happy with our stay.

Valarie and Phil were amazing hosts who went out their way to make sure our stay was as fantastic as possible. A perfect little annex in a great location, nothing else we could have wanted to make our stay any better. We love Dartmouth and will definitely return to South Ford Haven

Huge attention to the little things that we sometimes forget to bring or items just make life a bit easier.

The mattress was a bit strange. If you got anywhere near the edge you rolled on the floor (potentially), caught ourselves in time! The shower rail riser was a bit high, which meant that (as an average height woman) it wasn't as effective as it could have been. Good shower though!

Well decorated, lots of thoughtful touches, great location and value.
