La casa esta ubicada en un lugar tranquilo, seguro, cercano a centros comerciales y cuenta con todo lo indispensable para la comodidad del viajero. El espacio de la habitación era óptimo, al igual que la limpieza. El dueño es una persona muy amable y acogedor. La recomiendo 100%.

The host was super kind! Easy access to the apartmen and a lot of parking space just around the corner! We also had a lot of space to use beside our room like floor down with big kitchen and living room and also washing machine!

By mistake we left open window and 4 cockroaches went inside! One woke us up at 3.30h in the morning enjoying on the bed so we somehow killed it and other two arround the room but last one stayed behind the closet so we didn't get good sleep till the morning.

Amazing house to stay at. It has everything you need. Great kitchen, great wifi, great rooms. There is a mall with lots of restaurants within walking distance. Quick access by bus to santa cruz and tnerife north airport.

Very comfortable bed and good pressure shower. Nice to have the common place to eat breakfast. Lots of tea varieties are available. You can see the place has been used by tourists before, yet it is clean and it is great value. Quiet at night and just overall happy with the place.

I booked a room in "Casa de La Laguna" for a one-week business travel related to the university. The proximity to the campus (ca. 600 m) was decisive for my choice, which turned out to have been a very good one: the house is in excellent condition and very well equipped. I particularly appreciated the kitchen (fully equipped, including a very good coffee machine) and the living room downstairs, accessible for all guests. The room was clean and pleasant, as was the bathroom which features a very convenient shower. Contact with Yvan, the owner, via WhatsApp was efficient and pleasant, too. In the area where "Casa La Laguna" is located (Las Chumberas), there are several bars while a nearby Alcampo shopping-center has many restaurants and take-away facilities. There is a bus stop of line 533 nearby, which connects Las Chumberas with Santa Cruz approx. every 30 minuts; at a distance of ca. 800m, one can also take the Santa Cruz-La Laguna tramway which runs every 7-10 minuts. I would definitely book again at "Casa La Laguna" if I were to travel to La Laguna university again.

Very nice facilities. the owner was friendly and helpful. beautiful place. Great water pressure in the bath. the kitchen in the common area had everything you could need and a bit more.

the room wasn't exactly sound proof. fortunately there wasn't too many planes flying at night, and the nearby dog stopped barking after a couple of minutes. the rain was loud though soothing in a way.
