We stayed with my sister in law who had not visited St Ives for over 30 years. Her and my husband spent childhood holiday here.

We had a great week in St Ives and would definitely go back again. We had some great tips on where to go from the property owner who was exceptionally helpful. The owner was great at communicating with us before and during our stay and we felt they couldn’t do enough to help us enjoy our stay. We’d definitely go back.

Excellent place to stop in St Ives. Easy to reach the beach. Left the car in the cheap car park all week.

We enjoyed our stay. Nice to have the choice of balcony and terrace to enjoy. Wonderful view from balcony at front of building and from bay window in living room. Convenient to be able to walk down the steps into the centre of St Ives. Excellent communication with the owner.

A beautiful flat, lovingly decorated, very clean and functional. Very close to the city and the port and beaches. You don't need a car. We always found a parking space in the car park at the beginning of Park Ave after excursions. We felt very comfortable.

We have just returned from our first visit to St Ives and totally fell in love with the place. The apartment has gorgeous views over the harbour and it’s a real treat to sit out on the balcony both first thing in the morning and in the evening, taking in the views. A quieter location and a good walk up steps to reach the apartment, but this got easier as the week went on. Within 10 minutes walk of all 3 beaches. The apartment had all we needed and we really benefitted from the courtyard which we used to dry our wet suits. It’s perfect for a family of 4 - we have two teenagers. Steve was great at communicating and the process of booking was very easy. We hope to visit again next year, a fab stay thank you

A comfortable apartment, quite compact for 4 people, including 2 teenagers. Very helpful and attentive owner who couldn't do enough to be accommadating. Breathtaking view from lounge and great location. Only for fit and mobile people with stairs up to apartment and the steps and hills of St Ives

Convenient for laundry and groceries. A great view. Lots of steps to climb but everything near Town Center etc. Weather was rainy off and on, but not cold at all for October. Driving was probably very difficult. The Train station within walking distance. Nice spot to center from. Owner was very helpful. and contact was immediate with him a real plus.

Clean bright cosy apartment, modern bathroom, comfortable lounge/ kitchen with amazing views over the harbour. Felt it was ever so slightly let down by bedroom(s) which could possibly be improved upon. Double mattress was comfortable, bed frame not. The kitchen could possibly do with one or two more cooking utensils for those of us that like to cook but that's a personal preference. The host Steve was very friendly and helpful.

Small tidy 2 bed unit. Fantastic location. Well equipped kitchen and modern bathroom. Only negative was the twin bedroom which was extremely cramped. It only had a 3 drawer unit, the bottom drawer which had towels and sheets. We were there for a week so it just wasn’t enough storage. The twin beds are not suitable for adults as way too low. Second bedroom is okay for young children but would not recommend for adults. Please note St Ives is very hilly and seems to have an abundance of steps so bear this in mind. Love this part of the world 🌹

A really lovely little apartment with all the facilities you need. The view from the living room is so fantastic that it makes it difficult to leave and go and enjoy the resort! But the apartment is well placed and handy for all amenities. It’s a bit of an uphill climb but well worth it. We loved it here.

We had a wonderful holiday in St. Ives. The apartment was very comfortable, clean, complete and well located and we had a really good time there. The communication with our hirer was excellent, the view over St. Ives is fantastic. Thank you very much for a great stay.

We have just returned from our stay in St Ives. Steve’s property was perfect for what we were looking for. The apartment is spacious and comes with everything that you will need on holiday. There is a range of DVD’s for the whole family, board games, buckets and spades, body boards, and outdoor games. The apartment is perfectly located for the amazing views of the harbour. Steve is a perfect host, we got into a little situation and he sorted it out for us straight away. We would definitely recommend and would like to visit again. Thank you Steve 🙂

The view said it all for us - superb! Comfortable for 4 adults for most of a week. Bedding was luxurious. Washing machine was welcome for a week’s stay. Tea, instant coffee, milk and cookies was there for us -thanks, could have used another garbage bag, 2nd tea towel, salt/pepper, a bit more toilet paper, maybe a few sandwich bags/ wrap etc. But overall, we loved our stay and would stay again. St Ives is a gem!

It was right in the heart of St Ives, just a few minutes walk to the Harbour. Great views of the port. And I loved that the apartment was bright and homely and had a great terrace to catch the sun.

Great location to walk into the town and access to the sandy beaches. An absolutely fantastic view from the balcony made it a great place to watch the world pass by no matter what the weather. Will definitely be coming back to enjoy St Ives which is the jewel in Cornwall’s crown. Biggest complement we can pay is that if we were looking to buy a holiday home this is exactly what we would look for.

We have had the loveliest time staying at Steve’s lovely apartment. Communication was brilliant with Steve. Very quick to answer questions and went out of his way to ensure our stay was perfect. And then to top it off he left us a bottle of fizz as I told him we were celebrating our 1st anniversary. The apartment itself is lovely. You have everything you could possibly need for a great stay. The bed was comfy, there was plenty of drawer and wardrobe space.The kitchen area is well stocked. Lots of entertainment, in the form of board games, also there were countless tv channels. The view from the apartment is out of this world both in the daytime and at night. Very pretty. Would definitely recommend this apartment and Steve as a host. We will definitely revisit and hope that the apartment will be free for our next visit 😊

We have just enjoyed a lovely week in St Ives, the apartment is very well equipped and super clean. The views are amazing, and it's only a short walk into St Ives. Steve is an excellent host and provided us with lots of useful information. Loads of lovely walks straight from the door. We would love to stay again.

Lovely apartment. However downside no access to BBC 1 and wanted to see Olympic updates also WiFi poor unable to log on to system, so if looking to work whilst will struggle

Amazing view, great location 5 minute walk to the centre. Nice bedrooms and living space

This was a fantastic, clean flat in a great location. All one level so great for small kids. Be prepared to climb hills and stairs at the end of the day but well worth it for the views. Neighborhood wasn’t too noisy or anything. Felt very safe. My one small complaint was I reached out to the owner the week before for some last minute questions and never heard back - was super responsive and helpful initially though! Can’t really ask for more from a vacation home… Would stay here again.

The apartment has a sensational view and is only a few minutes from the town centre and harbour, with easy access to the coastal footpath. Steve was very helpful suggesting we book restaurants in advance which was vital as St Ives was very busy.

We were very pleased with this lovely apartment situated very close to the town centre and with a beautiful outlook over the harbour bay. Steve the owner was very helpful throughout and we would gladly recommend it to others.

Highly recommended property, nicely located on the hillside over looking the harbour and town. Ok there are some stairs to navigate to descend into town, but this is cornwall there is going to be a hill to climb up or stroll down almost anywhere you go in this county. We'll worth tip is if you come by car for at least a week then consider purchasing a cornwall rover car park pass. Very convenient way to access all the corbel council long stay car parks if you as we did go out exploring this area. The property may not come with its own parking space but the council car park is only 50 metres away. Again highly recommend, a spacious, well equipped apartment with wonderful views of St Ives. Will certainly br visiting again.
