The view was stunning. The facilities and staff were good. I'd like to clarify that this resort is old but gold. It was clean.

The lighting system (the night light is connected to the main switch) and wifi connection to the tv was poor. The room is not soundproof. You can hear the other room talking.

room was alright but can be a bit noisy because of the nearby swimming pool

the toilet was hard to use due to the faulty flush, had to get them to fix it during our stay.

All the reception staff were very friendly.

Room cleanliness not satisfied, especially toilet and bathtub, very poor hygiene. Housekeeping staff did not smile, and I greeted them first, there is no response from them. Restaurant outlet staff (dinner and breakfast) is not friendly and has poor service. They missed our order, and the staff never even asked for apologies. No engagement with guests, and they chit-chat among the staff and don't bother with our orders! Taking too long to serve the foods.

No toilet at the lobby, very difficult when there is an emergency for toilet needs.

The room card did not work. there’s only one lift access to the room corridor and the room is super far from the lift. Have to walk half a kilometre to go to the reception to change the card. walking through the corridor give ‘the shining’ vibe. toilet is old style

quite surprise the bed can sleep for two person. all room its okay for me. but the bed in the room can book for 4 person in one room. i already book more because i think the bed as usual, 2 single bed in one room but 2 queen bed in one room.

I have to walking to far go to the room. my opinion your reception or lobby should be center of your resort. At the same time I arrive the lift not function. It terrible for me because im bring my parents.
