Great location. Comfortable home from home apartment. Well equipped kitchen with fridge and freezer. Tea and coffee were provided which was a nice touch.

Parking was a bit complicated but we eventually managed to reserve a space online and it was right next door to the apartment. The bathroom was well equipped but another shelf would be great. Plumbing was a bit loud too when you flushed the toilet.

Good location. Well equipped. Rooms were not too hot, particularly the bedroom, well controlled. Bedding was warm but not too hot. Very quiet! Nice view.

Parking costs. But found spaces outside the complex for free.

Good location, 10 minutes walk from Saltaire. Also the accommodation was clean and tidy, with great views.

Parking facilities were not straightforward. I was led to believe that parking would be arranged as part of the price. However, on arriving, we had to download an app and pay £35 to park our car for the week.

Loved our stay here. Very comfortable apartment in a great area, close to both Shipley and Saltaire. Excellent communication from staff and super value for money. Would happily stay here again

two sets of keys from beginning would have been better as we wanted to be independent, but second set was provided quickly when I asked.

Not that far from Harrogate

The shower cubicle was dirty.also the outside of the shower trim was loose.the shower head was full of dirt and limescale. There was a crack in the sink and when you pushed the plug to hold the water it drained out. Skirting boards were full of thick dust.the dinning chairs were all cracked and split and the dinning table was all grease marks. I don't know who cleans the place but it was not clean in alot of areas.i have more pictures and a video but I could not attach them all.when you go away for a short break the basic things should be cleanliness and it wasn't at this place.we are extremely dissapointed.it states when you book that £35.00 a day is included in the price for a cleaner.a little insulting to people's intelligence when it is not clean.

Very comfy well kept flat, lovely location. Nice cafe on site for breakfast. Lovely views from flat. Much better than a hotel room! Would definitely book again. Very helpful host, answered phone quickly for a query which was quickly resolved.

Really picky here, but cutlery drawer needs a clean, it had quite a few bits in it. Also, in case you're not aware, the bathroom sink has a radiating hairline crack in it. Nothing of particular significance though!
