Breakfast didn’t have much selection

the only good thing is the view on the lake argentino.

How is this 4 stars and how can they be rated 8.3?? You arrive, and no one helps you with your luggages. The entire hotel is cheaply decorated and smells like toilets. The rooms have cheap smelly rug and stained walls. Advertised pictures are obviously photoshoped. No complimentary water (sink water or buy it). No vanity kits, just cheap soap pushers like in jail and a cheap cream called “issue”. No tea or coffee. if you want hot water, you have to rent a kettle. if your arrive at breakfast ar 9:59, they’ll withdraw the food from under your nose and ask you to pay for coffee and pastries. @Booking: downgrade to 3 stars and give them a proper rating (5 at best).

Very large clean room. Good location, a bit out of the main town but they run shuttle buses until 10:30pm and easy to get taxis. Good for us as always picked up last and dropped off first for the early morning excursions so more time to have breakfast/get ready. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast wasn’t great, very basic not a good selection and odd system. They seemed to make a batch of toast in the morning so it was cold and hard always (why not provide a toaster or make to order as/when people arrive?). The only other alternative was plain sliced (untoasted) bread. We stayed at 7 hotels during our trip and sadly this was one of the worst breakfast and for the price we were expecting more. Front of house / reception staff were really friendly and helpful but can’t say the same for the restaurant staff, often stood around chatting looking bored and not particularly welcoming. Having said that, dinner at the hotel was nice and good price (maybe a different chef in the evening!)

Breakfast is Terrible - plates are very small and very poor variety. They charge for plastic cups to take the coffee to tours TVs in the rooms are 40 years old They do not have masseuses in the SPA the hotel is located very far away

The staff was very friendly. The hotel has a good online system where you can make a reservation for lunch, a tour, a massage, etc. You can also see the menu of the restaurant including the prices. That's very useful :). The view from the hotel is very beautiful. The rooms are fine.
