The location close to the Airport made it very easy to catch the early international flight. Room spacious with a nice bathroom.

The bathroom was dirty. There was hair on the toilet and there we're small flies in the shower area which I had a very bad thought about.

Clean and comfortable

Everything seemed fine... maybe a to-go cup for coffee would be great

No working a/c no working phone to call desk table lamps not working not worth it at any price

Bathroom was not clean, bedroom was not clean, heaps of dust around the coffee maker, when you move the coffee maker you can see a clean desk, found several hairs on the desk and on the bed spreads. Will not stay here again...!

Free shuttle to airport is a huge convenience. Its fairly frequent.

The place honestly stank. The shower was broken. The lifts were very very slow. Didnt feel clean at all. Nothing near the hotel except for a McDees.

Bedroom was clean, large, modern, nice bathroom with everything I needed.

our sink did not drain which made us wonder how well the room had been cleaned. we we allowed to move to a different room. the elevator was quite slow, maybe needed to be upgraded?

Poor maintenance of lift No proper walking path to the hotel entrance Security alarm went off at midnight for up to 20 minutes and the staff didn't know what to do

Improve the bus from the airport some time you send the small mini-bus and the people get agitated

Noisy. You can hear distinctly what people in the next room say if they speak a bit loudly. People arriving late in the night and making noise in the corridors and rooms. No boiler and no tea in the room, you have to think of asking for it at the front desk.
