Bienvenido a nuestro nuevo y hermoso alojamiento totalmente amueblado que admite mascotas en el 5 * Devon Hills Holiday Village / Country Park, situado entre Paignton y la histórica ciudad comercial de Totnes. Un lugar perfecto desde el que visitar las atracciones turísticas de Torbay, Torquay, Brixham, Dartmouth y las numerosas playas con bandera azul y mascotas de la zona, las ciudades de Exeter y Plymouth están cerca, pequeñas y encantadoras ciudades de mercado como Totnes, Newton Abott y el escenario dramático de Dartmoor. Paignton Zoo está a menos de cinco minutos en coche y también vale la pena una visita.
El albergue está situado en la parte más nueva del parque con vistas panorámicas al valle y las colinas más allá. Tiene su propio espacio de estacionamiento junto al albergue y una zona de terraza extendida para pasar las horas.
El parque de 5 * en sí es muy tranquilo y relajante con hermosos jardines y cuenta entre sus atractivos con una hermosa piscina cubierta con piscina separada para niños, sauna y sala de vapor. El gimnasio en Devon Hills es moderno y está bien equipado con entrenadores personales a mano si es necesario. También hay un salón de belleza y peluquería en el edificio principal.
Los pases gratuitos para el uso de la piscina y el gimnasio están incluidos en su estancia en el albergue para un máximo de seis personas (se pueden aplicar cargos separados para la matrícula de gimnasio, etc.). El amplio y luminoso salón tiene sofás de 2 x 3 plazas, chimenea eléctrica moderna, TV de pantalla plana de 42 pulgadas con reproductor de DVD y TDT integrado (incluso ofrecemos algunos DVD familiares) en la zona de comedor que tiene una gran cocina moderna mesa de comedor y 6 sillas.
Las vistas desde el salón y el comedor se encuentran en el área de la terraza y más allá de las colinas. El área exterior en sí tiene un patio de comedor de ratán con capacidad para 8 personas y 2 x tumbonas .. y un nuevo jacuzzi para 5/6 plazas perfecto para esas largas noches, el área cubierta también cuenta con un conjunto de barbacoa de gas, iluminación exterior y caja de almacenamiento húmedo

We had such a lovely relaxing stay in Devon, second time here in this lodge. Again it was so clean, had everything we needed. The hot tub is perfect for a relaxing time, the park itself is in a lovely quiet area. We didn’t visit the pub, but we drove to Angel cove for a walk along the beach which was gorgeous even in winter.
We will definitely be back again, thank you.

The lodge was very clean, comfortable and had everything needed for our stay there were 6 ladies in total). Everything was spotlessly clean and the beds were very comfortable. Communication with Roger was good and he supplied some great information for our stay. The hot tub was an added bonus which we all enjoyed 😀

The Lodge was perfect, very clean and had everything we needed. Beds were comfy, the TV and Wi-Fi were great for us. The hot tub was absolutely fantastic - made the break so relaxing and that extra treat. It is a short drive to some lovely beaches, we had a walk in “fairy cove” which was stunning.

We had an amazing time at Devon Hills. The lodge was perfect with plenty of space for our family, and the view from the decking is probably the best view in the whole of the Devon Hills site. The swimming pool, sauna, steam room, gym and tennis court meant our three teenage children had plenty to do on site, and our private hot tub was fantastic. We will look forward to staying again.

The property we stayed in was beautiful spotlessly clean and tidy, we were very impressed . We didnt eat in the lodge much but it had absolutely everything you needed if you wanted to cook. The bedding provided and towels were lovely too we always take our own bedding but we didnt need to use them this time. The park itself was lovely and quite quiet and we used the facilities including the pool, sauna and the gym which my daughter loved. We also visited the pub on site The Blagdon Inn the food was excellent and the man who served us was so helpful with my daughter as she is a fussy eater he did everything he could to make sure we all enjoyed excellent customer service! also very dog friendly which we love.
all in all a lovely break for my birthday and would highly recommend also the communication we received with directions and information was excellent

The property is spacious and has everything you need to suit your home comforts whilst away from home . The hot tub is one of the best that we've had whilst staying away . The campsite is quiet and peaceful with gentle views of the surrounding countryside. The location is conveniently situated to explore the Torbay area with many places of interest to visit , the Blagdon Inn which is within the camp serve a reasonable food menu that caters for most tastes . Great family stay
The property is well situated for visiting the area. The lodge is very nice with plenty of space and everything you need - the hot tub was a great addition. The park is nice too with a good leisure pool and the lodge has great views across the site and the Devon Hills. We brought our dog and she was welcomed and the dog walking filed so close was really handy. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

Roger the owner, came to tend to the hot tub was very friendly.
The location was amazing and the park that it is situated has some good amenities including a nice restaurant and health club.

Beautifully kept property
We recently stayed in this beautiful lodge for the week, it is just as gorgeous as it shows in the photos. The week we stayed was extremely hot and wanting to sit outside on the lovely decking and admire the fantastic view across the valley we noticed there was no sun umbrella, one quick message to Roger and Deborah and first thing the next morning we had a brand new sun umbrella delivered.
The lodge has everything you need and being a bit of a clean freak myself I'm pleased to say that the accommodation was pristine, it's in a great location in the park not overlooked when you're relaxing in the fabulous hot tub. The park has a well equipped gym and a nice pool plus an on site shop as well as a lovely pub and children's play area.
I have already passed on the details to several friends who are keen to book after seeing our photos. If you are lucky enough to book this property I hope you have as wonderful time as we did and look after it so we can return again.

Excellent lodge and perfect location
We have just returned from a week in this lovely lodge. The lodge itself is very clean, cosy and homely and in the perfect location for visiting nearby towns, villages and attractions. The hot tub was great and used by our family most days even in the cold wet evenings. The lodge had everything you would need and was very well equipped, my husband was especially impressed with the number of hangers in the wardrobes!! The on-site pub was very nice and the quality, quantity and value for money of the food was excellent. Throughly enjoyable week was had by us all. Thanks Roger

Delightful accommodation and perfect location. We felt really at home in this really spacious yet cosy and well equipped holiday home. Communication with the owners for some very minor queries couldn’t have been better. Fantastic
So we looked at a few locations before stumbling across this superb lodge. As soon as we saw it we had to book it. Due to corona we cancelled and then tried to rebook it. Roger was brilliant with us and got us rebooked. Thank god he did. 5 minutes after gaining entry we felt so happy with the lodge. The views are superb. The space for 5 people was more than ample. Hot tub was brilliant in ending a hot day. We will be booking another week here as all 5 of us didnt want to leave. Neither did our dogs.

Quiet getaway
My wife and our son enjoyed a lovely week in this beautiful accommodation. The house itself is very spacious and the views are lovely. It was light and airy and it is big enough to give everyone the space they need. The outside area is beautiful and we had breakfast outside each morning, looking at the stunning view and listening to the silence. Our teenager loved the wifi and I am sure it would have been great to go to the pool and spa but they were closed, obviously. The hot tub is a huge asset and we went in each evening after a long day of walking and exploring the area and beaches. The men came and cleaned it each day so we felt very safe. Roger communicated throughout and the whole process was really easy. We would definately go back. Thank ou for a lovely week.

We loved this lodge! As a family of 2 grandparents, 2 parents and 2 children it suited our needs perfectly! The views were fantastic as was the hot tub at the end of a busy day!
Everything we could of needed was provided, Iris was on hand to answer any little questions we had.
Devon Hills is a quiet park which suited us, we’ve stayed on other parks which have been jam packed with people, the pool and pub were always pretty quiet, we would recommend the vindaloo Indian takeaway in Paignton!

Our Devon return
We hadn’t been to Devon in 10 years - if we had known about Devon Hills we would have been back much sooner. Fantastic location - beautifully kept and presented, with great facilities and just a couple of miles from Paignton and access to Torbay.
The lodge we stayed in (thanks Roger and Deborah) was top end, A++ for quality, location was superb, fantastic views and the hot tub was a real treat.

Slightly disappointed with the leisure centre. Steam room didn’t work. Sauna wasn’t hot enough and the pool could be a bit more children friendly - my 11 year old found it boring.
