We stayed there for 7 days. It was amazing and a delightful experience there. Everyone was very considerate and provided us with all amenities and support. The views were full of greenery. It was Spacious apartment and sufficed us completely. Room service was available daily and they were pretty good at thier work. Ambience : 4.5/5, Cleanliness: 5/5, Breakfast 3/5 , Support : 4/5.

Spacious, Noise-Free Hassle-Free Staff was available on call to resolve all issue. Best for get-togethers if you are like 6-8 people. I even got a free upgrade to a Pent-House. Location is also great.

WiFi wasn't working but it wasn't much of a problem as mobile connectivity was good. TV's should be upgraded.

location. proximity to the event I wanted to attend. it’s 3BHK house at ground floor. rooms are spacious. ample space for car parking.

very difficult to find. nobody knows where is plot no 353. it should provide exact google map coordinates to reach the place. I have wasted more than hour to find the place. the owner of property did not receive calls . then he called back after an hour. it’s in a society of multi-storey complex. no flat number mentioned in the address. so you don’t know where to go once you reach to the place. the furniture, ax is almost 20 yrs old. once you are in it feels like haunted place. no TV in any room as shown in pictures. leakages in bathroom basin, flush. basin is all cracked. all switchboard buttons are broken. All are window ac making lot of noise so could not sleep properly and they switched off automatically and it was a task to start it again. we have paid 12k for one night approx 4K per room, not at all value for money. it would have been better to stay at good hotel in the same price. in one of bathroom my mom spotted a lizard and then it was a project to locate it. however we could not locate it. the security guy came in the morning and sprayed hit but again hit has its own smell so we could not use one bathroom. No exhaust fans in bathrooms. all bathrooms have storage water geysers. and none working. the owner has kept a caretaker who was supposed to send me the breakfast menu so that we can ask order breakfast. he did not send and menu. I think he brings it from nearby restaurant which only opens at 8 am so one need to wait. the property I has good Asian restaurants in vicinity but only one Indian restaurant. that too is very costly with low quality food. As this is a 3BHK flat not a hotel, the owner could have provided a cook who can prepare fresh breakfast in the morning. the kitchen cabinets are broken. overall the property needs a full overhaul to make it liveable. in current status it is like a 1 star hotel room if you compare. the owner should appoint a good professional interior consultant who has done hotels before to make it a 12k per night...

The caretaker was good and helped with most of our requests. From guiding us how to reach the property to ensuring he got the TV issue sorted and even getting milk organised, he was co-operative and always ready to ensure we had a good stay.

Pre-checks could have been done for the basic things we had to ask for - eg. Keys, dustbins in bathrooms, TV not working, iron board was broken. We were short on time, so losing on time to wait for things was a bit troublesome. Keys were given only upon asking for it as some previous guest had taken the keys with them. There were flies of all kinds from living to bedrooms and bathrooms. It was very unpleasant to sit and keep shooing them away. All Out (mosquito repellent) was provided but it could have been switched on before we came so we didn't have to go through that experience. The place is beautiful, but good maintenance of the place would make the stay experience for anyone more worthwhile.

Excellent locality, stone throw away distance from stores, pubs, restaurants etc. Very quiet and peaceful location, excellent privacy, almost zero traffic noise, private lawn and trees around the property Decent room amenities and housekeeping staff was always available on call and cleaning was provided everyday

Nothing major to be honest. It was value for money paid.

the house wasn’t clean at all when we reached we had to call the house keeping people to clean it. Thought it would be clean by the time we reach but that was not the case

The location is very good. Right at the center of Koregaon park, so all restaurants are walking distance.

The interiors could be a little upgraded, for eg. TV, beds, AC etc..needs little bit renovation.

It's was all great no negatives

No cleanliness. No maintainance. Staff was not polite. No. Ac working in the hall. Breakfast wasn't provided. The staff offered us breakfast when we were checking out. No staff to help. Bathroom was unclean.

Nothing only location was excellent as it is in Koregaon park.

please change the old air conditioners as most of them make a lot of noise.
