service is great, apartment is super comfortable

Shower could have been better. Awkward angle and water gets on floor.

They managed to arrange early check-in which was great as we flew for 13 hours and we have 3 children one being less than 3 years old. We also got a 2nd floor apartment as requested.

noise issues in the first property at Florastrasse 30 were rectified after the police were called, and we were moved to EMA House

initially the noise. low quality building at Florastrasse 30, noisy but spacious. EMA House a quality building , clean, quiet and restful.

Really large space, very clean, nicely furnished. Kitchen had everything you would need, washing machine and dryer. Location is short walk ( less than 5 min) to a tram stop - takes you to old town or train station. Area is a lovely mix of shops, residential, retail etc. A great choice for a family.

The furnishing and decoration is very basic.

Very comfortable apartments for families with children. The apartment has everything you need very comfortable and clean. The only drawback is the noise from the tram.

The noise of a passing tram can be heard until 1 am. There are not enough air conditioners, because in August the apartment is very hot and stuffy.

Great location near both the city and the lake. Nice terrace.

Perfect accommodation in Zurich. Great location, centrally located, spacious apartment, very convenient for family with kids. Shops, supermarkets and restaurants in the neighbourhood. Very friendly staff, special thanks to Sven !

location, facilities and cleanliness

nothing that is not likeable about the property other than the fact that the building is very old and the lift is one of the smallest I have ever seen. very difficult to take luggage upstairs in one go.

lovely owner that really help us through checking in and other information, good and clean room with lots of space. location is perfect and quiet but not too far from city, highly recommended

We were visiting family and the location was perfect for us! It is close to public transport and to family members and easy to be visited by family dropping by! The space was excellent for a longer stay. It was clean and the second apartment we stayed in had a particularly comfy bed. We loved the washing machine and cooking facilities. The balcony was also wonderful for relaxing.

It was very expensive! But Zurich is a very expensive place!

2 showers/toilets

The 2nd bedroom is actually part of corridor and saloon separatable by sliding doors. And there is no bed :) - only narrow cot - may be good for kids, not for grown man.

tge windows and doors that can tilted in to open a little bit and also can open fully.

Spaces. Kitchen design, l love the bin that is inside the kitchen’s cupboard. There are plates, bowls, pots, pans, cutlery etc everything were in place nicely. Dinning table choices to have food in the dinning room or in the kitchen or at the terrace. :D
