manager lady was nice and understanding room with incredible view

- rooms not cleaned every day. sheets never changed in 2 weeks. room never vacuumed in 2 weeks - no shampoo and soap at all. no toilet paper sometime - cleaning ladies 75+ yo, were arguing with me not clean the room - food is the same every day. always cold. reused from previous meals. rotten fruits several times. meat not properly cooked. - some were privileged to get access to restaurant and eat different food than others even if they had the same all inclusive bracelet - water and juices (just 2 kinds) are from a machine, not bottles and in the morning they taste metallic because of the cleaning products.

nice view from top, nice meals, got the parking spot, prices were affordable. Room was regularly cleaning - big 👍

awful, I got sick bcz of your huge amount of Chlorine in the water of pool

no slippers no cleaning every day no clean glass of breakfast no clean swimming pool

Staying here was uncomfotable!

Breakfast was no go to tourist from north! Only location was good thing about this hotel.

Expecting it at least to be clean and hygiene… It was nasty! Not sure if they had washed The towels..

The location was good, I liked the pool, sauna. Enough food. It was a satisfying weekend.

Poor drinks at all inclusive. Not very clean and old furniture at the room.

Disappointing

The view of the sea at the 11 th floor.

The puke stains on the walls right near my bed which smelled horribly, the pieces of broken glass on the balcony, the smell of the carpets and mattresses. The fact that they have 2 of 3 elevators functioning and everyday they broke.
