Venga a descansar y relajarse en nuestro recientemente renovado condominio de 3 habitaciones, 2. 5 baños y 1600 pies cuadrados. Bellamente remodelado, nuestro condominio del tercer piso permite que todos se extiendan. La cómoda sala de estar de dos pisos ofrece fácil acceso a nuestro porche con vistas a la comunidad y la piscina. Es un gran lugar para tomar un café por la mañana o acurrucarse con un libro. Hay acceso a varias piscinas y tenis, junto con nuestros televisores inteligentes que incluyen acceso a TV por cable. ¡El grupo de la comunidad más cercano está justo en nuestra puerta!

Our family had a great stay at this condo! The layout of the condo is great for family time but also gives teens their own space. It was clean, well furnished, and the kitchen well stocked. The pool was a great place to relax and cool off after the beach. Easy access to downtown Rehoboth, the outlets, and beautiful Deauville Beach. The hosts were very helpful and communicative as needed. We would definitely come here again!

The property and location were very nice. Look like an updated condo with most everything we needed. Close to everything!
The check-in process seemed a little antiquated. I had to meet a realtor versus given a code for a digital lock. Needed physical keys to enter.
Other than that it was a great place to stay!

It was very roomy for the 7 of us and such a nice quiet neighborhood with three community pools Tom hooose from along with pickleball!

The condo is so clean and lovely. It was only about eight minutes to the beach and close to multiple grocery stores. It’s a lovely and safe neighborhood and all communications with the owner and property manager were swift and extremely helpful. Also, they are so kind. We loved our time here. The kitchen is incredibly well stocked and though we didn’t spend any time at the pool, next time we come back we absolutely will. The one thing is when you’re searching the address to arrive, you need to use a different GPS than Google maps. Google takes you to a random neighborhood five minutes away. We ordered pizza and the delivery man had the same problem. This is not the fault of anyone but Google. So when you get the address, make sure and use Apple maps or something other than Google. We’ve been to Rehoboth Beach many times and this is the first rental that I would absolutely return to. It’s quiet, it’s beautiful, it’s close to everything, and the rental itself is wonderful. 10 out of 10 would absolutely recommend.

This condo was everything and more! It’s in a great location not too far from shopping and the boardwalk. The condo is well maintained and exceptionally clean! I would definitely stay at this property again. Thank you for the perfect accommodations for our weekend retreat!

Everything was great, enough room for everyone. My daughters and grandkids love it wanted to know when we could come back. The beds were very comfortable. Easy dealing with the owners. Ty was very helpful with checking in.

Great location, easy parking, super cute apartment and everything was very clean! The only thing I’d say that needs to be done is washing the extra blankets/comforters in the closets. I noticed every one I pulled out had smudges of food or something on them. I’m sure whoever stayed prior just folded them neatly back up so I don’t think the owner would have even known they were used though which isn’t their fault! Otherwise, 10/10 recommend this apartment!!!

Thanksgiving weekend
Perfect location and set up for what we needed. Only real complaint is, the bathroom sinks were not cleaned from previous use, thankfully we brought disinfectant wipes to clean them. Wished there were a few kitchen towels. Pet hair on the couch that made my allergies flare up. Generally clean and accommodating otherwise. Kids enjoyed TV's being in all of the bedrooms. Nice screened balcony would be enjoyable in warmer months. Would recommend.

Very clean, with the comforts of home. Close to shops and short drive to the beach! There are 3 flights of stairs so be prepared. The family agreed that we would definitely stay again!

This is the perfect apartment for a group of 4-6 people. We stayed from Christmas through New Year's during the pandemic, and it had everything we needed for a long 10 night stay. The host was great with communicating and the check-in/check-out process could not have been easier. Highly recommend!

Family Getaway
The place was spacious, clean and thoughtfully supplied. The owners were responsive and accommodating. We were pleased with the kitchen amenities and overall care put into the house. Traveling with kids, this space was perfect for our family and we were pleasantly surprised to find games and activities for the kids upon arrival. We would highly recommend this space.

We enjoyed renting this property. It was updated and clean. Our family consisted of 6 and there was still so much room. Easy check in and check out and owners replied to any questions we had before arriving. Great property manager as well! It was a very pleasant experience and we enjoyed our stay!

Nice property
Overall experience was great, clean, spacious, linens provided, great location. The only negative part of the experience was the pool was closed across from the condo due to COVID. One of the reasons we chose this particular condo was due to the location of the pool. Other than that very good property.
