Céntrico, a tres cuadras de la playa de Leblon, a una cuadra de la principal calle comercial. Instalaciones correctas. Buen servicio de check-in en el mismo apartamento.

Extremamente bem localizado, camas e travesseiros confortáveis, ar condicionado em todos os ambientes e banheiro grande.

Não havia saco no lixo da cozinha e não foram deixados extras. O apartamento estava limpo, porém alguns utensílios da cozinha estavam mal lavados. Isso é apenas um detalhe, não afetou nossa estadia que foi confortável.

Old Linens, old pillows, not enough blankets for the number of beds. The single bed was not comfortable at all, couldn't sleep on it. Not enough tableware, mugs, etc....

-Excellent location, just one block away from Leblon beach. -Spacious apartment, big rooms. -Lot of restaurants in the area.

-Some of the rooms are quite dark during the day. In the living room blinds were broken and I couldn't open them fully. -I was asked to pay for electricity which was unprecedented for me as I have stayed in dozens of Booking and Airbnb apartments. Not to mention that I wasn't informed about this when I made the booking the amount that was asked was absurd. 100 reals that is almost 20 euros for basically 48 hours I spent there. I argued that in the end didn't pay it.

Met by Victor - early check-in which facilitated my life. He was helpful and charming. The location is perfect, near to the beach, shops and subway station. Extra security on the street and it feels like a safe area. The furnishings are basic but comfortable, with just about everything you need. Overall, good value for money.

Noisy upstairs neighbours - the only reason I wouldn't stay there again. If you sleep soundly it shouldn't be a problem though.

Very good location. A sort of restaurants, market, drugstore and shops around. A short walking distance from the beach: 2 or 3 minutes. Spacious double room and double bath. Equiped kitchen for cooking breakfast, fast meals.
