The staff were kind and friendly. the rooftop bar and restaurant had amazing views. The shower was good and the room was clean. The location was close tube stations, theaters and tourist sights.

The “superior room with no windows” was expected to be small but not claustrophobic. The double bed had one side was against the wall so it was climb over a partner to get out. There was no where to sit or any room to organize belongings. We would definitely get a room with windows and some room to move around in if we book again.

Amazing location, checked in via phone, no 1 bothered us.

The location was incredible, it was also very quiet and didn’t feel like you was in central London. The rooftop terrace bar gave it extra points as well as it was an added luxury. Overall layout of the room and bathroom was nice for a short stay.

There was no kettle/tea facilities in our room or a television. They’re just nice added extras to have in a room to make it more comfortable.

Ubicación inmejorable. Habitaciones aceptables, modernas, justas. Pequeñas pero como casi todo en Londres y no es de sorpresa.

Me hubiese gustado que brindaran pasta dental y otros adicionales ya que es difícil llevar a Londres en avión por los controles y por pocos días no siempre vale la pena comprar.

The location was amazing. Lovely greeting as we arrived. Room was very clean

Needed a few extra pillows on the bed. Worst part was we checked out at 11. We wanted to go for a walk for two hours before we left and had to pay 15 pounds to put our bag in a cupboard!

Location was perfect, could not have been better for me. Right in Leicester Square, perfectly located in order to attend my course in Russel Square. I really enjoy walking in central London so it was just perfect for me. The room (deluxe) was ok for me (alone) but it would have been go also for 2 (a bit tight though). I liked the rooftop terrace too, not the best in town but definitely a nice place with a nice view if your meeting a friend or just feel like having drink or get some food.

The room could have been a bit cleaner, it was not dirty but I would have liked It if the cleaners have paid a bit more attention to detail. Bathroom was very small and it would be ideal if room had one more piece of furniture to place clothes, etc . The room did not had a TV which for me was not a big problem as I did not spend much time in other than sleeping, however if I did, I would have missed having it.

Excellent location - easy to access the bus and the train only a 2 minute walk. The accommodation felt safe because of the 24 hour staff in reception and key card access at night time. The facilities were clean and modern.

This accomodation was more on the pricey side. We paid extra to have a window but there was no view. The room and bed was smaller than expected. The wifi did not allow access to some social media apps.

Really great location for those who want to be close to good restaurants, the underground and the West End. The room was compact but clean and tidy.

Generally for places in London (New York or any other busy city), you’re paying a lot for location.

Great location for the party we were attending on the 10th floor! So nice to be in the same venue. Aircon was good. Shower was brilliant. Bed comfortable.

It was cosy. Bed was comfortable but room overall was small. Bed, space, shower/toilet. Luckily a (glass) door! I was ok with a windowless but couldn't find a switch for the bright bathroom light which was glaring all night. I was sharing with a work friend but it was brilliant for what we needed.

The hotel is located in London's most vibrant neighborhood (Covent Garden), so the position was the main strength of this hotel - even better if your staying in London is short (like ours, 3-4 days). Also, the room was cute and the bed comfortable.
