Die Lage und der Pool ist super. Das Personal ist ebenfalls sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Das Frühstück ist lecker und sehr preiswert.
Leider ist das Hotel in die Jahre gekommen und braucht dringend eine Renovierung. Mein erstes Zimmer völlig verschimmelt. Das Personal hat mir dann ein anderes Zimmer gegeben.

Clean, comfortable, good location
Even though it says there is somebody at the reception 24/7 there was nobody when we showed up and had to call them on their phone. But to be fair, we only went there after partying at about two in the morning, because the way back to our original accommodation was too long.

Great property, totally peaceful and very near to the busy street.
Rooms are a little worn out.

Change the sheet and towel and clean up everyday, the staff really nice.
No rules in this accomodation, sometimes some people swim at the night and make a noise.

Location was good, staff were really nice and helpful. Bed was very comfortable and the pool was cute so was the whole vibe here. Very simple but had the cute Balinese bungalow feel.
Reception says 24hrs but no where was there to check me in at 2am even though I emailed before hand. Wasn’t anyone really during the day either - often had to go look for someone.

The location is great! you are in the centre not far away from busy road but there is so quiet! nice restaurants with decent prices, people are very friendly, room was cleaned every day, nice big swimming pool and garden. you can also rent a bike from here. nice size of the room with 2 desks
if you are digital Nomad or even normal social media freak the internet here is so weak, better to buy a sim card instead of using it here. Kettle in the room would be also good idea. Apart from that all good:)

The location is good, near to Kuta beach. Garden is the most beautiful part of this villa, very traditional Bali style of garden.
Bed and toilet were quite old. need to do renovation.

Great location, its right on a shopping street, lots of eateries and bars around as well..walking distance to Kita beach walk as well.
Bed sheets were stained but we requested it to be changed and they did it right away.

Classic Bali cottages. very nice pool and as usual the family around Nyoman who runs the place are just outstanding people. I am coming to Bali for 20 years but this place is in elf my regulars. close to the monument and clubs, it is still very quiet

Nice friendly staff...we got fist a room with a funny smell...but the immideatly changed to another room. Balinese Style with nice garden cosy small pool. Walking Distance to the near nightlife in 3 - 5 minutes and to beach in about 15minutes walk. Motorbike hire at 50-60K a day and Airport Shuttle 100-150K depends of persons/Time. Be aware if you book a room upstairs: The stairs to go up to the 1st Floor are a bit small it you have big suitcases!! Stay downstairs.
The Entrance Sign from the main road to go to the Hotel could be bigger and refreshed to find it better.
