There was an overbooking on the day we arrived but the owner upgraded us to the whole unit (house) for the same price! Friendly staff around. Very good location as it is only a minute walk away from Bus-Sur terminal. We came during winter and unfortunately most restaurants that we walked past were closed (but I could see the road to be buzzing during summer). It is also close to supermarkets and other shops! Good controllable heater located in the kitchen.

Good location for walking around downtown. clean and comfortable. We were greeted with enthusiasm and kindness. mini split heat pump in the room was very appreciated in the winter as it was nice and warm.

The staff are otherwise very friendly. The cabin is definitely quite small but it was very clean, suitable for a day or two, the Wi-Fi works fine too. The location is quite convenient and the price is reasonable.

Unfortunately we had problems with the showers. The hot water either did not work at all, or would only work for 30 seconds or less, then go freezing cold. I alerted the staff and of course the water showed hot when they were there! So I cannot really blame the staff (althoigh, they did not follow up - and we saw similar complaints on booking.com which indicates this wasn't an isolated issue). However it was horrible having nothing but cold (or nearly all cold) showers for 3 days in autumn.

The bed was comfortable, the place had parking, and it has its own private bathroom and some kitchen amenities. The owner was nice and let us check in before the usual time.

The bathroom was very cold and the water did not come out very hot in the mornings. Also, some silverware was dirty before we arrived. The place was from walking distance to the city center but it involved walking uphill for some time.

1 - Old bed cover. Felt like I was stuck in the 50s. They didn't even put a white sheet like every other hotels/hostels. 2 - Tap in bathroom sink was too pressurised and sprays the entire room when turned on. On the other hand, shower pressure was very slow and warm water couldn't regulate properly. 3 - Heating system controlled by the front desk and you have to call to turn on/off. 4 - Was a headache turning on the kitchen oven.

So clean and comfortable, and the off-street parking was great. This is a perfect place to stay before catching a flight in Puerto Montt.

It was farther from the center than I usually stay. And for some reason, the water in the shower oscillated from hot to freezing.

The room was freezing. No proper heating system in a place with 0 degrees C.

The cabanas are private and it's possible to cook if you choose a cabana with kitchen.

Our cabana was just amazing! We felt as if they built it especially for us - everything was so comfortable! It was new, spacious, wonderfully maintained, spotlessly clean, well lit, unusually warm in comparison with other places we stay at, and even taking a shower was a pleasant procedure there (because I didn't freeze). The cabana has everything we might need: a stove, electric kettle, microwave, fridge, TV, soap, shampoo, even a detergent, sponge and cloth!

Loved the real stove fire. Heated up the place quickly. Quite location. Easy walk into main town center. Large supermarket close by. Everything perfect.
