Rooms were shabby, smoke everywhere. Untidy washrooms, unhelpful staff.

Very nice service. Specially with respect to the staff Sandeep Kumar Pandey who helped us tow our luggage all the way from.parking 4 as we were with small kid and he helped us all the way to checkin and arranging for Departure. Thank you for the service.

Hotel asked price more than showed in booking.com

The room rent amount was showing 100 less in online than the Manager demand to pay off line. And when we wanted to pay the room rent online , the hotel manager denied and insisting us to pay directly him (which is Rs100 more than online) and he (manager) also said that they dont get online rent amount regularly from Booking.com , while we asked him whether we can inform or raise a complain on this issue to booking.com then the Manger said Yes, obviously we can inform or lodge complain on it to Booking.com that Booking. com don't pay their online booking rent to this Heritage hotel. We request to the booking.com to enquire this issue . Thank you

I like about this property because it’s near from the airport

I have made a booking through booking.com and when I try to check inn they ask me to wait thts okay.But they charge me more than the amount which was shown,when I ask the receptionist person why should I pay extra he said tht booking.com price they write whtever they want.So it seems like they can bribe the guest however they want.Especially for a single lady traveller I got no choice but to pay for extra.After check in the guy who show me the room remove towel from my room . he said one person one towel we cannot give more than tht.and in the bathroom there’s no soap,the water tap was dripping,hot water wasn’t there.it’s horrible.

The location is good if you want to stay close to the airport.That’s where all the positives end.

The price that is being charged is in excess of the amount paid online.They aren’t ready to heed to any logic. The rooms as well as the washrooms are shabby. The menu items are limited and most of them not available to order. The staff are not courteous and do not understand that it’s their responsibility to take care of the visitors and pay attention to some constructive criticism. Would not recommend anyone to stay there.
