The accommodation was spacious and clean. The location was lovely with great views.

Although advertised as free wi-fi, its not free in the caravan, there is a charge for this. I tried to set it up but failed so not clear on what the costs are. I think this should be detailed more clearly in the information and welcome packs. We arrived just before 4pm, check in was from 4 and we said we would be there for 4 when booking (the booking form asked for this info), however we had to wait until almost 5pm for our accommodation to be ready.

The Easter egg hunt on Easter Sunday was fun and enjoyable to see all the children running yo find the clues and there faces of enjoyment.

The only thing to entertain the children was a little park, not really children friendly and think need to focus on this when booking with children/families! Had to travel to other site to use swimming facilities.

Very hilly! Never used any facilities so can't comment on that. Very small caravan! Toilet seat was broken so everytime I sat on it, it moved!!!. The small bedroom was VERY SMALL! so my friend had to sleep in the living room!

Staff was lovely and location was beautiful restaurant was great it's very hilly so elderly parents struggled we actually drive them up to the restaurant and back although it's moments walk but if your able the walking is lovely

One of our Caravans had a strong smell of mould and staff wasn't too fazed by this I would expect to be offered a different caravan but didn't request it the duvets on 2 of the beds wasvery old looking and scruffy Their was a few damaged I had to go to reception and tell them about to make sure I wasn't to get the blame but staff was aware of these . I would say not for family's with young kids steep hill and cars drive quite fast down it right at either side of caravan where we was to be fair this was right next to the exit gate bit I would stay again it's was a beautiful location woth amazing views

Location is great. 5 minutes drive from town. The view from park view lodge is incredible. Also, enjoying the view while being on the jacuzzi is something else! The place was clean. The staff was really helpful, gave us really good instructions on how to explore the city. Perfect place to spend your weekend. It definitely met my expectations

I just felt like they could have provided more cleaning products. But Its okay, cant really complain

Lovely caravan went to escape work site was lovely and peaceful. Staff we did meet were very pleasant. Will definitely book again in future.

The caravan was great value for money. Park was lovely. Quite with great view.

The restaurant food was nice but the prawn cocktail was very expensive for what we were given.

We loved the place, the staff were amazing and the area was so peaceful.

We were a little bit disappointed in the restaurant, lovely position and very clean. Staff excellent but we were a little disappointed in the food. It might have just been an off day so no big deal.

The staff were all very friendly and the site was well maintained. Being able to have free use of the Retreat was an amazing bonus. Would definitely go back..
