self catering facilities were great for those on a budget, clean accomodation with all required facilities. location was fab, only a few minutes walk to freights bay, Miami Beach or oistins. staff were very friendly and helpful, giving us a lift to the supermarket on first day & showers & changing room on the last day before our late flight. bonus points added for the monkeys visiting the garden yesterday morning 😁

upstairs neighbours plumbing was very noisy. we were woken up most mornings to the sound of their toilet flushing - not enough to actually complain about to staff though. (for us at least)

We had room 4 and sat on the balcony in the mornings having breakfast and we would see lots of different types of birds including humming birds. We were lucky as it only rained either late at night or early in the morning. A bonus was that after it rained the local monkeys would come and play in the car park. I would recommend going to Carlisle Bay, lovely long beach and you can swim out to a boat wreck 100m from the beach and see large fish, turtles, star fish and if your lucky flying fish.

Location and price plus the entire staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms fulfilled our needs and were comfortable clean and well stocked. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay

The property is clean and nicely decorated. Great location off the main road. About a 10 minute walk to Miami Beach.

Clean, safe and run well. Zero condiments/supplies like salt/pepper, paper towel but I suppose that is typical of bnb's. Very nice sitting area on patio.

My and my partner had the apartment for ourselves and we enjoyed it a lot. The location is great, less than 5min walk to the Freights bay (perfect if you want to learn how to surf) and 10 min walk to Miami beach. The apartment was spotless and the small balcony was nice. Thank you for everything

The staff is really nice. The area is quiet and a nice walk away from the beach.

The bathroom needs a bit of TLC. The toilet did not flush easily and the shower head was leaking. Otherwise, it was a advertised.
