Localisation optimal, disposition des pièces de la maison, la piscine , la vue dégagée mer, pas de vis à vis

Superbe maison, spacieuse, confortable et avec un équipement complet. Nous avons eu une semaine de beau temps et avons pu pleinement profiter de la piscine et des extérieurs. Emplacement idéal, maison située à la sortie ouest de Funchal, au dessous des routes principales, donc très calme jour et nuit. L’île étant petite, nous étions proche de tout et avons aisément pu faire toutes nos excursions. Supermarché (Pingo Doce) à 5 kms (Câmara de Lobos). Accueil très sympathique.

Ne laissez pas de nourriture non fermée dans des boites hermétiques, sinon des armées de minuscules fourmis vont s’en occuper (il y a plein de Tupperwares dans un tiroir). Pas d’autre point négatif.

No TV And the sun loungers are terrible a few electrical appliances were broken but quickly renewed

Very large villa. 3 large bedrooms (each with nice accesoires in the colours of the room) with private balcony and private bathroom. Downstairs: large living room/dining room. Separate small livingroom that can serve as a private bedroom with its own terras. Nice pool with loungers and outdoor shower, lounge area and dining area with BBQ. Kitchen is well equipped and has a large american fridge (tap for water and ice cubes). Garage with football table, table tennis, biliards, darts, fitness.

Shower in suite was not woking properly. Bubble bath was not working. Iron ornaments in the bathroom were rusty. Some fungus in the showers. Knives in the kitchen were very blunt.

Nice location with plenty of good takeaways. Kids loved the pool. The house was brilliant. View from house was very nice. Ideal for a family vacation. Also in times of COVID, easy to isolate. Beds and furnishing was to a high standard. BBQ area was ideal with a nice patio next to the pool.

We had some issues with the hot water and a dodgy cat that wanted to keep using the garden as a toilet. Jacuzzi bath did not work.

The villa was exactly how we expected from the Fotos. The interior was luxury and we had a frigde with ice and water. That was amazing. The whole street and area was quiet and that was good. And the staff from the Company was very nice with the check in and out! Just one Suggestion! It would be nice to have some basic products in the kitchen like salt, pepper, coffee, oil...! We will come back for sure! Thanks
