We loved it in every way. Comfy beds, delicious breakfast & lovely staff.

The lack of English programmes on TV or even Music channels. Our shower was great -room 309 but could do with another shower head holder at the end of the bath. Shame the bar & restaurant was closed Wednesday & Thursday. Only mentioning this as otherwise everything was perfect.

Very good hotel just in historical center of the Krakow. Good breakfasts and kind personal. If I visit the Krakow in the future I will stay here.

Location was perfect.Rooms were very stylish and staff were very accommodating.Breakfast had a huge selection. Decor in hotel was beautiful and bar was nice and relaxing.Daniel was a lovely bartender 😊

Only disappointment was we couldn't get a booking for rooftop restaurant.Maybe next time!

I really have mixed feelings about this place. On one hand, it’s clean and nicely located, but there are certain aspects that make it bit of a bitter sweet memory. Unfortunately, staff working there is extremely unprofessional :-( Despite being kind in overall, waitresses were loudly talking between themselves during breakfast time (commenting on guests, discussing personal matters), it was disrespectful and disturbing. There are no water bottles in the room (available only for purchase), which is a bit surprising for a 4* hotel. In the morning, coming way more than 1 hour before breakfast closing time, we were made to wait 15-20 in a line, as there were no tables (despite the fact that there were single persons sitting at the 4 ppl tables). Despite the delay on the hotel side, we were sort of kicked out from the restaurant with initial closing time, without any reflection. They told us to take our plates and finish eating in the lobby. Also hotel restaurant made a very poor impression when it comes to the restaurant’s staff! Especially one girl that came across us two days in a row (Patrycja). She was doing everything in her power to discourage us from entering. Firstly saying there were no tables, which there were! When she double checked, suddenly she found them - genius. And then saying the waiting time is extremely long, even though we said, we would only need two drinks. It was more than 1 hour from the place closing time. It’s extremely disappointing for a 4* hotel to have such unqualified staff working there that doesn’t know how to accommodate hotel/restaurant guests. Second time, same situation with tables happened, meaning she said there were no tables, which again there were, as we found one ourselves, we just resigned from being there just because of her terrible attitude! We were not gifted to try the food, even though it looked delicious- but waiters also matter and these are very entry level which ruins the whole experience unfortunately.

Excellent facilities. very nice room

Hotel very well-positioned, clean and nicely decorated. Rooms are quiet and comfortable, with a bit of a squash for seating if the sofa is used as a bed for a third person. The choice of food for breakfast was more than ample. The service and food in the rooftop restaurant were excellent. The hotel is very proactive if contacting guests before their stay to assist with transport, trips etc. I would recommend this hotel.

It was very close to all places of interest in the city and also on the river. The hotel good was excellent, a really nice breakfast with very expansive choices of food. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

About a 10 minute walk to downtown, perfect. The staff was very helpful, booking cabs, tours, information, etc. The breakfast buffet was exceptional.

Everything was excellent! The breakfast was varied and delicios! The room was clean and comfortable. Also the stuff was polite and responsive.

Room was spotless, amazing rooftop view of Krakow, buffet breakfast was fresh and delicious with large selection, and staff were very friendly and helpful and cared about their guests… overall a wonderful stay at Hotel Kossak, highly recommend!

5 min walk to main attractions; diverse and tasty breakfast; comfortable bad;

The windows do not isolate very well the noise from the street. We had a room at the 4th floor and although the view was very nice towards the castle, the tram and cars running on the street could be heard al all hours. Luckily we were very tired after many km of site-seeing and we could sleep

We booked B&B the breakfast was excellent, so much choice, plates cleared away promptly. As we were leaving the hotel at 4am asked for maybe a breakfast sandwich, they provided us with an excellent take away breakfast, a feast in fact. The staff were excellent. The hotel rooms we spotless however a bit on the snug size, but the beds were so comfy. Will definitely use this hotel again.
