Room was quite and clean. Staff spoke English well and were very helpful.

Hydropark (the island) and the view onto the river Dnipro make this one of the most beautiful locations in Kyiv. The room is also a good size and you have a balcony.
it was amazingly quiet (almost empty), but there’s a war going on, so it’s forgivable. The bar doesn’t accept cards (only cash) which is not forgivable.

in the room smells cigarettes, overall room was dirty and not comfortable.

people at the reception are amazing, super helpful and very friendly.

The view was good, especially at night. The food was surprisingly tasty.
Food tasty yet well overpriced for what it is. A 30% drop in prices would be correct. i.e. Borjomi 500ml is 127UAH + Taxes = almost $5...THE NOISE!!! This is a boat after all, so you can hear everything (and I mean everything) going on next door....even the conversation word by word. I was unfortunate to be next to a group of 2 female and 2 males who didn't shop up until 5am...So I didn't sleep at all for $65 that I paid.

Parking is available. Hard to find in kiev
Bathroom is small. Heating is though aircon. So air was so dry in the room. Woman next door was screaming all night. And we can hear everything

- Very good food in the hotel restaurant.
- spacious room
- poor soundproofing (on our arrival in the hotel's restaurant on the 1st floor there was a party we heard in the room on the 3rd floor).
- You can also hear guests behind the wall.
- for this standard, the bathroom was very small and the shower curtain included a toilet.
- no soap in the bathroom.
- no electric kettle in the room.

towels were not clean, there were no enough items for 3 people. curtain was broken, we couldn’t watch the view properly.
