Simply, but functional room close by center and to the beach

The property was in a very convenient location for the beach, town and 20 minutes walk from the port, but still quiet in the evening. The room was well equipped and was cleaned daily. Everyone we met there were very nice and helpful. We would definitely stay there again if we went to Naxos.

The rooms are overall a steal for the price, and the location is also good. The Wi-Fi could be better.

I stayed at the studio for 6 nights. When I arrived I was told, that I had to stay in one room the first night, and then move to a different room. I wanted to protest, but the lady didn’t understand. I was told I could bring my things down in the morning, but not stay in the room, as they had to clean it first😒 So I put my things down and some groceries in the fridge (which the lady saw me put in there) When I got back a couple of hours later, the fridge was empty, I tried to confront the lady, but once again she didn’t understand. So not a good start. They keep your passport so you remember to pay at the end of your stay. One hour after I paid, the hotel called and told me they forgot to give me my passport back! I was 5 minutes from boarding the ferry! So I had to purposely miss the ferry and buy a new ferry ticket for 5 hours later! The service is lacking big time! So even though the price might tempt you, I would not recommend it.

The location of the hotel is very close to the city center.

The hosts have the same policy to many clients as I read afterward. They initially showed us a different room than the one we had booked and after pressure from our side they shown us the room we had booked asking an extra cost. They didn't changed towels for the four nights we stayed in the room. The last two days before check out, the air-conditioned stopped working.

Very convenient location. Close to markets and a short walk from downtown. The kitchen is simple but reasonably well equipped. Bathroom is similar to most other budget locations we've been to. Beds are comfortable. A bit small, but good.

The bathroom (toilet) and the kitchen sink at the room required a bit of maintenance/plumbing. There were way too many bright lights in the room ( an emergency light and a switchboard) that could not be covered/dimmed/turned off, so the room at night was kinda bright.

the shower was very poorly made and flooded the bathroom so i did not really use it but otherwise a great stay!

The location is great for Bars and restaurants, the owners we very pleasant people. Its very hard to review a place like this as we were had a very warm welcome but the rooms were disappointing after seeing them compared to the photos as they were nothing like the rooms we got

The rooms are very small we didn't get the room we booked, the sheets and towels weren't changed as often as I would of expected. Lots of noisy nights from youngsters so probably not the beat place to stay if you don't stay out all night

The rooms in the upper level were modern and clean. Big Terrasse with a nice view over Naxos. Very tastefully furnishing.
