cute little rooms very good location for 1 or 2 night stays.

the guest house is in a good location,but it could be cleaned a lot better,

there was toothpaste on taps and it could do with a really deep clean,it put us off going for breakfast.

The property was in walking distance to town & the beach on site parking.

Hosts were very friendly and supportive. Was given a free upgrade which apparently is common practice when they are not full. Made to feel that I was walking into a friend’s house. Breakfast was first class and freshly cooked. Highly recommended.

Very clean and comfortable room. The bed was extremely comfortable, complimentary tea/coffee and 2 bottles of water.

ideal pit stop for the night travelled up for the local racetrack . managed to park ok .

room was a little cold I don’t think the heating was on.

excellent value for the money. have stayed in many hotels around the UK but this was the best ever breakfast. this was a very last minute booking due to train strikes but so glad we stayed here. it was perfect for us. very clean, tidy and comfortable
