Lack of communication about breakfast & services (on the day of arrival), but this could be because we don’t speak Romanian. There was no hot tub / jacuzzi on site, despite being advertised.

Great city views, location is off the main road. Clean room ,friendly local staff. Good freshly cooked food.

The Manager (foreign not local) continued to rent out rooms although he had booked the premises for a large noisy party . Manager not able to speak English or local language. No disclosure was made regarding the party as per his statement: “I have rooms to rent regardless of noise level” Rooms are all in the proximity of the restaurant therefore even relaxing was not an option Sleeping was impossible as the loud music went on until 2300 hrs. Management leaves a lot to be desired as they are not interested in providing good customer service but only in financial gain at detriment of their customer. Swimming pool was dirty and not usable.

Staff was nice and the room was great.

Heating of the room was rubbish as only an electric heater was provided. It was freezing at night.

A beautifully situated hotel on a hill surrounded by a cherry orchard. Quite difficult to access due to the gravel road (need a car), but It’s beautiful and quiet with great views of the city and valleys. Great food and very friendly staff. I would definitely choose this hotel again. Thank you

-front room door could not be closed with the key: defect system: security issue -no 24/7 reception -very poor breakfast and non-reactive staff -no refill of empty breakfast plates on the buffet -poor receptionist communication with the clients -very thin walls and very bad insulation of the interconnecting door
