Brilliant location. Extremely clean and welcoming. Perfect for a short break away. Would highly recommend Summerlands.

The host was great! Everything we needed she was happy to help. My partners car got bumped and the host was willing to move their own car so we could park on their carpark. 10/10. Breakfast was also great!

Summerlands is based very close to the sea front which is where we wanted to be. Jane was very accommodating and called me when I sent a query across via booking.com. We really needed an earlier check in, she arrange for our room to be cleaned first and it was all ready when we got there. Very friendly. Bed was very comfy. We didn’t have breakfast so cannot comment on that but it smelled lovely.

There was not really a downside apart from we had a large vehicle, which meant we were driving around for a little while to find somewhere to park but this was not an issue and we expected this with it being so central.

Breakfast good, room and bathroom very clean. Nick the owner and Jane who served breakfast both very friendly.

Excellent accommodation in an ideal location for exploring Torquay. Felt very welcome from the moment we arrived to the moment we left which made our stay extra special. Would definitely recommend to family and friends 😀.

We had the samurai room. Very spacious. Lots of storage. Bed very comfy. Beautiful designed room. Breakfast most enjoyable.

Owners were amazing. The room was lovely 3 bed that was perfect for 2 adults and a 12 year old boy. Easy walking distance to town and attractions. Spotlessly clean. Breakfast was lovely and nothing was too much trouble. We highly recommend and will definitely return.
