The decor was very nice. Overall condition of building was in good order.
Sharing swimming pool. Sharing patio and outdoor living area with strangers. Our room being right next to strangers. No privacy. No Wi-Fi connection. First place we stayed at didn't have air-conditioning considering the location being in an area where temperatures reach up to 40 degrees Celsius. Kitchen was dirty. Bathroom curtains kept falling off.

The location was excellent. Everything was available in the house, utensils, bedding etc. Privacy was tops.

Situated approx 15 mins (not during loadshedding) from the centre of Stellenbosch. Beautiful views, pretty surroundings, Generator was a win. Swimming Pool was great to cool off on a hot day.
WIFI in the rooms was not adequate, very slow but the host kindly allowed us to sit at the Venue to work, which was so much better. Solar Geyser so water not that hot if you are showering at night or early morning, even in 36 deg weather, not sure what they do in winter on rainy and overcast days. Options of a delivery of a breakfast basket and braai pack would be an added bonus. The brown outdated furniture in the indoor braai area.

The place is beautiful and the facilities are great especially the villa.There is everything you could possibly need,a well thought out space that is very functional.
I didnt like that fact that we had to call the host everytime we needed to enter the gate because it was locked.There was no code given to us, which would have made our lives so much easier since we had to uber a few times and had to keep on calling for the host to unlock the gate

the surroundings are beautiful
they don’t supply wood and it was really cold at night

Loved the attention to detail,such as the container of milk in the fridge. Loved that there is an alarm that can be armed. The covered inside braai is awesome,we were very sorry that it was too windy to use the outside braai during our stay.

They must take a Photo of the Key-boxes and add it to the WhatsApp they send out with the text message
I wasn't to only guest struggling to spot the RED Wall by the Trees
The 4G Signal from MTN is mostly at a signal rate of HDPSA making working on site in the cottage very difficult.
This connection speed is inadequate to Host a TEAMS session and Share Files online / or to work online accessing files via a SharePoint server.

The location is nestled in a valley in Stellenbosch. Woke up to some incredible views and the wine estates in the area are all highly rated. Waterford Estate is a great experience.

Beautiful and peaceful location. Definitely value for money as well as the added extras like fresh towels and cleaning staff everyday even though it was not an hotel, it sure felt like one and even better!

We loved everything about our stay. We had our own cottage with privacy. The view of the mountains and the vineyards were spectacular.
