Such a cute apartment in a great location in the old town - central yet tucked quietly tucked away. We had a brilliant and comfortable stay, there was everything we needed. Great communications from the host who came to rescue us with a smile when we stupidly locked ourselves out (tip : leave one of the keys in the keysafe to avoid such incident !). Altogether a lovely stay - we really loved the apartment, and Ortigia Island generally. Would definitely recommend.

Nothing. We had a great stay

Beautiful cosy studio appartment very quiet, located near the coast and one step away from everything. Clean large room with comfortable bed, a clean bathroom, and a well-equipped kitchen, a bottle of mineral water in the fridge for us, and plenty of coffee pods for the coffe breakfasts. We will definitly come back.

We spent a week here. The apartment is in the tip of Ortigia island, very close to Castle Maniace and a few steps away from the sea in every direction. The place itself is very spacious, for two people it is really comfortable. The bed was great, the kitchen is well equipped. The bathroom is bigger than it looks in the photos, so it was a positive surprise. Upon arrival there was some mineral water in the fridge for us, and plenty of coffee pods for the breakfasts. Communication was just perfect. We got all the neccessary info well ahead, and during the stay (as we faced no problems and we prefer to be on our own) we were left alone, which we really enjoyed. We had a great winter week here, even with a mediterranean cyclone arriving in the middle of the week. But the thick walls made us feel safe in the huge winds. And spending 2 and a half days inside proofs that the apartment is comfy and well equipped :)

Very well planned and appointed studio, comfortable and located in the heart of Ortigia Island. We really enjoyed our stay here.

The parking and restricted travel. Not convenient if you are coming with a car. But everything is within walking distance anyway.

Very well located on a cute and quiet street, close to the main attractions and the beach. The apartment has everything you may need! Even delicious coffee and coffee machine was provided, and we found cold water in the fridge upon arrival! Wifi was very fast. Washing machine with detergent also present. It is cozy and themed around Sicily. We got locked out of the apartment on our last night around 10om, the host was very responsive and came out very fast treating with kindness and understanding! Great stay for 2!

We only had three days.

The apartment is probably fine if there’s no problem. For me the wifi did not work. This is also not such a big deal if you can access your normal network inside. You cannot. I came for work and had to scramble to be able to do what I wanted. The owners first reaction when I called her was that was nothing she could do because “she lives far away”. Ultimately she said she made some phone calls to try and get it fixed. She would keep me up to date. I heard once from her, then I heard nothing from her at all (2 days). The only other option I had was to leave the apartment so she made the solution my problem. Also, there is a loud noise coming from the fridge or the boiler so if you want to sleep, don’t stay here. Had I known that the owner would not be willing whatsoever to be available and provide basic service, I would not have stayed here.
