The government has introduced a new bus station. Earlier there was no waiting for the bus to the hotel. But not the wait is much longer and it gets difficult with children and aged folks

The location of this hotel is ideal, situated conveniently close to Al Haram with reliable shuttle service running frequently between the hotel and Al Haram in both directions. The staff is incredibly professional, attentive, and supportive, making every effort to ensure a comfortable stay. This visit certainly won’t be my last—this hotel will now be my first choice whenever I travel to Makkah. The breakfast options are outstanding, offering a wide variety of dishes across multiple restaurants to cater to guests from different cultural backgrounds. A special thanks to Aliarbie, Saud, and Hussein for their exceptional service!

Staff in the restaurant are really friendly They are from another country I think but they are all polite

Perfect location, two minutes by shuttle bus to the Haram. The hotel provides shuttles bus 24-hours. Any time you want to travel to the Haram, the buses are always ready. The team at the restaurant is amazing. There’s a guy called Suad. He’s just hard working, ever ready to assist, playful with the kids and meets all questions and guests unending demand. Ali AlHarbi, Hussein and all other staff members in the kitchen are just exceptional. There are some ladies who offer free tea, dates and coffee from ASR time until late into the night. May Allah bless them.

There’s a day the staff cleaned our suite but did not throw away the trash or vacuum the carpets. We raised the issue and it was swiftly addressed by supervisors. When were checked out, the Hotel Assistant Front Desk Manager, Sam Ahmed Saleh Dhabaam spoke to us and apologised about that mishap. He promised to handle the matter and make sure that’s not repeated again.

Everything is clean except some towels there’s a bit dirty dots on it And the TV is a bit small and old for a suite

I really appreciate the staff especially the reception they received us with smile and welcoming coffee and sweet they send to our rooms. Also room service calling to check if u need anything between time which is not usual with busy hotel. Ask for water late after Umra and they bring to refill any time. The rooms are comfort for our family and shuttle bus to Harm every 5 minutes and 5 minutes to harm. This is 2nd I stayed and I will come again . I felt like 5 stars hotel.

Everything is just awesome it’s my second time in this hotel and I really recommend it. The shuttle is always there to pick up you to go from the hotel to Harram and back. The breakfast is just amazing and so varied and a special thanks to SAOUD and المدير المناوب for their kindness and professionalism they are so nice and all the stuff are there to serve you without asking. As I said it’s my second time and wouldn’t be the last every time I’ll come to Mekkah I’ll book this hotel inchallah.

Nothing everything is amazing

It’s my favourite hotel in Makkah for the last 3 years visits as I found it easy going to El harm as bus runs every 10mins 24/7 and only takes 5 minutes by bus and another 3 to 4 minutes walking to get there. Room is big 41 squares very roomy and having a small kitchen and microwave makes it easier/handy to use during my stay. I'll be back for more visits and upgrade my room Inshallah. All staff are very welcoming especially reception staff were very helpful and professional. Many Thanks

El humdollah Can't complain

I have been staying in these towers for more than 6-years and I find it very convenient to visit HARAM for all Salah on time as they provide shuttle buses round the clock. I am visiting again end of this month for another short stay.

Over hospitality has been exceeding customer expectations and truly honored to have lived here. Mr Danish in particular a great savior for us in Makkah and we total are in love with the entire experience. We managed to book over 30+ rooms through different accounts solely upon the basis that we knew Mr Danish and his team would take care of us at the best possible extent

Only that you need to buy a new property in Makkah Haram area and also one more central property in Madinah

Rooms are nice and spacious. international Breakfast is ver very good with loads of buffet options. Shuttle bus service was exceptional and on point running every 5 mins.

The stay was excellent. I would like to extend special thanks to all the reception staff, especially the employee who welcomed us initially and handled the room check-in procedures. The process was extremely quick, precise, and without any mistakes. He warmly welcomed us. The room was completely new, and everything was perfectly clean. The air conditioning worked efficiently, and the shuttle to and from the Haram was available at all times. Truly an excellent hotel, and every time it gets better than the previous one. It is always my first choice. Thank you very much.

Room size : Excellent, Bigger than most in Makkah. Suites are great with all amenities. Breakfast: Wonderful tasty food. Restaurant Staff was amazing specially Ali Harbi, Saud and Hussain were outstanding. Food was plenty with variety and live Omelets. Concierge guy Haris also served us well. Location: 1st Hotel after the tunnel. Directly Connected to clock tower via 24X7 shuttle (buses) without facing local traffic Reception staff was good. Complimentary coffee and sweets were provided on arrival Room size: One of the best in Makkah. Unlimited water bottles were supplied. Shuttle bus service is one of the best. Every time i came down the bus was waiting. Only while returning from Haram we faced rush and delays. For elderly with wheel chairs not recommended to take bus while returning after Salah times and on Fridays. Market inside the towers made shopping easy. barber shop on M floor was good. Kitchen has Microwave and coffee making machine. Varieties of tea and coffee were provided free. This was my 2nd stay and definitely will come back.

Bed quality was average, Needs to improve extra large double bed quality and single beds also needs upgrade. Water pressure was little low in bathroom showers. TVs were outdated and too small.

Break fast was amazing for the price,lots of variety of dishes ,location is very accessible to haram and the shuttle service is very helpful

It’s my request to keep more adaptor plug to charge mobile phones ,and if there is qibla direction is available in the room is very helpful 😊

Amazing place to stay, from the GM to the cleaner all the staff are absolutely great people and so hospitable it’s hard to believe They will go out of there way to help and support in every which they can and resolve any issue you may have or incur , the property is a stone throw away from masjid ao Haram and frequent bus service like always outsode the hotel 24 hours a day, Food was magnificent also and the restaurant staff are always smiling and so helpful and courteous, the cleaning staff are always there to clean your room to a high mh standard I had numerous calls from guest relations ti make sure I was happy and I didn’t need anything more to make my stay more comfortable The manager Mohammed saeed is a great asset and the GM to le Merridian as they are so down to earth and great examples for managers in any business as they know how to make a hotel successful and all the staff love them and talk highly of them and I want to Thsnks them personally as always on hand ti help and support

The staff is professional and amazing. The room is cozy and quite. The mini fridge works very well and cools all our food flawlessly.

The room was excellent, spacious, clean and great value for money. The location was good considering there is bus to the Haram up and down frequently. Breakfast was great with many options. Thanks to Saud, Rayed and Nawaf in the Restaurant for their hospitality. The Asian and Moroccan restaurant had a limited buffet for lunch and dinner at a reasonable price.

Not much to say. At times the bus from Haram to hotel does not stop in the hotel but directly go to Kudai parking.

The rooms were clean and spacious, the shuttle service to and from the Haram were excellent, the room service food was delicious. The staff were very cooperative and always willing to help and ensure that we were happy and comfortable. A particular mention must go to Saud, Zakaria and Wajdi who displayed excellent customer service and professionalism during the breakfast service in the mornings. Would definitely recommend and am looking forward to my next trip already!

The breakfast spread could be a little better and the pillows in the rooms were a bit too firm.

The staff were amazing, starting from the gentleman at the reception who gave us an early check in, the restaurant team (Saud, Wagdy and another Saudi gentleman whom I can’t recall his name) were very welcoming and helpful. The guest relation lady who called everyday to ensure everything is fine and nothing is missing. The concierge who insisted to accompany me to the room and showed me everything. And finally Hossam Rays the duty manager who called us after we left to discuss our feedback and comments. The buses were always available and took around 3 minutes to get you to the haram. This is our second time to stay there and definitely won’t be the last.

The breakfast buffet was good, however increasing the food items would make it exceptional.

The staff was very helpful. Ahmed Shakir, Majed, Saud and Hussein went out of their ways to make sure we enjoyed our stay. The location is excellent, it takes 5 mins to get to the Haram through the shuttle service. The shuttle service is non-stop and always ready to go. They have a parking lot inside the building. The rooms are extremely clean and very spacious.

Everything was great.

Clean close to haram with buses 24/7 Husien and Mo Zakaria and chef Ali and Sauod at the restaurant international breakfast were very active, smart and polite. The food was excellent. Reception was so cooperative from day one. Hotel is close to haram and has small shops for nice gifts from holy Mecca. The suite I booked was so spacious..with reasonable price..and lift servives were so fast with no delay. Will sure book again Keep going and best wishes
