I stayed for one day , location is good you can walk to the Malecon , Apartment is really cute hot water is good . In the room was a TV, A/C works Great , room has table with two chairs ,mini refrigerator, shelves and hangers for your clothes. Hotel provides toilet paper , soap, shampoo and a towel .The only thing is the curtain in the window is very thin so you may need to get dress in the bathroom. My overall stay was good

Atlantic Suites stay was great. The staff was super friendly, kind and always available. The room was clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable and the AC worked perfectly. The location was great! 7 min walk to "El malecon 2000" 10 min walk to "El parque de las iguanas" very central and safe. The police department was a block away. There is a nice little restaurant that offers breakfast and lunch right next to it too. There is a supermarket 5 min walk. From the suite. I enjoyed my stay and will surely book again my next visit to Guayaquil.

The bed is comfy. They give two remotes so I’m assuming it’s for multiple tv programs but I didn’t use it. The a/c works well. The shower is hot. WiFi works 75% of the time. There was a little bar of soap wrapped in the towel nicely.

This room is not the rooms shown in the photos. There is black mold in the shower and on the shower curtain and i saw flies in there. I specifically picked this hotel because the images appear to have a tub but I got a shower. Hair on the floor got caught in my toes. The inside of the fridge is brown and doesn’t look clean. The toilet didn’t look clean either. If you have a lot of luggage don’t come here because I was on the American: 3rd floor with no elevator. It’s still on the outskirts of the central so not many restaurants on the street. They accept card but they added a $3 fee for using card so pay cash.

Very clean and friendly staff... I would stay here again.

Actually Nothing

Since I’ve been traveling throughout Colombia and Ecuador these past 8 months, this is the largest room I’ve stayed in with the same price of $20 per night. The staff here is super friendly and makes me feel like family. The hotel is located 3 blocks away from the popular 9th of October Street where there are plenty of stores and restaurants. The local bus is 1/2 block away.
