No restaurant, as mentioned on the website . Beds are not the best

No ironing facilities in room or entire hotel for that matter stayed in 100s of hotels in my life this was the first that did not have a clothes iron for our use when we urgently needed it to attend a wedding the day of departure ....Big C or Lotus have them if the hotel does not know where to buy

Komfortabler, grosszügiger Raum. Gute Gebäudequalität, dadurch ist das Zimmer ruhig. 2 Zimmer plus kleine Küche. Gutes Bett. Letztes Mal war die Klimaanlage sehr laut, in diesem Zimmer war sie deutlich leiser. Die unfreundliche Rezeptionistin vom letzten Aufenthalt hat dieses Mal gefehlt. Wenn sie nicht mehr dort beschäftigt ist, wertet dies das Hotel auf. Die Rezeption war freundlich und hilfsbereit, sie hat unsere Flugtickets gedruckt. Für einen Kurzaufenthalt ist das Frühstück in Ordnung.

Das Sofa könnte gereinigt werden. In der Küche finden sich weder Besteck noch Geschirr. Das Hotel liegt etwas ausserhalb der Innenstadt, wer sich ein Grab Taxi bestellt, hat damit kein Problem. Die regulären Taxifahrer sind teils unverschämt, manche verweigern die Nutzung des Taxameters.

Very friendly staff, everyone on staff was helpful, in a good mood and friendly. Good location in a quiet area but close to the museum and for us it was close to family living in Khon Kaen. Good breakfast and the suite was great value for the money and gave our daughter some needed space to play around in. Great parking available as well.

Bed and pillows a bit hard. Rooms could be a bit more soundproof since you could hear the people from other rooms, this was mainly due to a small distance between the floor and the door so could be fixed for better noise cancellation.

Big room, big toilets, clean, close to Saturday night market. 5min drive to central Plaza. So overall a nice stay

We Asket for one Matratze on floor for our babies. They was not able to provide one. As that big hotel not been able to have one is a bit disappointing

The apartment was spacious and I loved the huge wraparound balcony. The maids were lovely and accommodating and the building was very quiet.

The WiFi is non existent. You have access to it but it never works which was frustrating as I needed to work. The entire building would shutdown at least once a day when the electricity just randomly turns off in the building.
