Good, clean facilities. Very nice location - right next to a subway station and plenty of bars and restaurants. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the price was reasonable.

Some noise because it's next to a pretty big street, but nothing actually bothersome.

I loved my stay at Lopez, Bruna was great and the hostel is super quiet and in a beatific building.

Location is a little further away from key parts of the area.

1. No A/C in the rooms, so it was extremely hot. If you stay in this hotel in Summer you will suffer. 2. I stayed for 7 days, and nobody clean the room nor bathroom. They did not even ask. 3. Only A/C in the front desk and game room, and the hotel employees turn it off. it was 100F/40C outside. it was ridiculous. 4. Many times I found drunk people and homeless sleeping in the front door of the hotel. Not once, not twice, many times. I reported myself this issue to the hotel, and the employees did not care about it.

The cleanest hostel we’ve ever stayed at, lovely big rooms and well equipped kitchen. Fast wifi and good location, it’s on the edge of Palermo but it far to walk to lots of bars and restaurants and 2 minutes from a metro station to take you all over the city.

The only bad thing, which is quite major, is the lack of air conditioning… a couple of days we were there in February were 38 degrees and the fan in the room just wasn’t enough for how hot Buenos Aires gets. If they installed air con this hostel would be perfect!

Five-star guest service from Bruna. She went far above and beyond to make us comfortable. Also, clean, airy, classy hostel with potable water in the kitchen-- definitely a plus in South America!

The only thing was that the room was advertised as having two twin beds, when in reality we were given a king bed. No complaints, however, as the bed was large and very comfortable.

The shower in our ensuite was strangely placed in the middle on the room, without walls.

Lopez hostel is lovely! In a very central location next to bus stops and the metro and a 20 minute walk from all the restaurants and bars. The hostel is more like a hotel in that it’s quite quiet but we enjoyed this as we’ve been in dorms the last week! Bruna who works here is so friendly and helpful. the room was spacious and everywhere was clean! This place was amazing value for money, we would definitely recommend and stay if we return in the future.

our only downside would be that aircon in the rooms would be helpful as during our visit it was really hot, but the fan helped a little!

Bruna who checks you in at reception is fantastic, very friendly and told us useful information about the area, we had some nice conversations together during our stay. Everything was very clean. It felt very quiet and relaxed at the hostel which we liked, an escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. Nice shared areas and kitchen. We loved the high ceilings in the room, the building is beautiful. Great location for the main attractions.

The location of the hostel is perfect with a lot of supermarkets, shops and bakeries in walking distance. Our double room was spacious and we liked the old building. Everything was super clean and nicely decorated. We loved our 6 day stay here :)

The only negative thing was that the mattress was a bit hard.

The staff was incredible. Helpful and always with a smile even when I asked stupid questions. Always going out of the way to help when needed.

That I had to leave. Lopez hostel was a breath of fresh air. The only bad thing that I can possible think of is it has stairs which would make it difficult for those with mobility issues.

The decoration of the room was very pretty. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was always ready to help.

The heating could have been better. I went during a cold season and I only had one heating panel that was somewhat effective but not fully at heating up the room.

Byron and Gonzalo were super friendly and helpful. The hostal is right near one of the metro stations, and only a few minutes from various restaurants and bars. The place is really clean, the roof terrace is nice to sit out on too

Not a huge amount of common space aside from the terrace and small courtyard to chill out in - but minor issue as we spent little time in the hostal anyway

Nicely located in Palmero near nice food places and laundry, close to main attractions by bike or bus. We stayed in a private room, comfy bed , good wifi. Kitchen was clean and functional, nice rooftop area to eat your breakfast. Lots of lovely bakeries nearby for breakfast!! A good base for exploring, a safe and secure place for your stay in BA! Helpful landlord who advised us on getting a good rate on Arg pesos!

Due to covid restrictions the room was not cleaned during our stay but we did not ask either. It was very quiet, didn't feel like a hostel so if you are looking for a party place this isnt it! Although this could be covid related!

I loved this hotel. The loaction was right on a busy road but close to excellent public transport and had many bars, restaurants and attractions within walking distance. The room was lovely and the bed was comfortable. Nice basic breakfast. The staff are great, so friendly and helpful. I stayed here at the end of my trip but I wish I'd been there the whole time!
