Location is great. Kids love the beach. We enjoyed perfect view! Size of the villa was great for two families.

Unfortunately, it lacked big time on cleanliness. We paid 50e cleaning fee for one night and under the bed and between the single bed to the wall was not clean at all.. owners could have removed all of it just with a simple sweep.. the bathrooms were excessively out dated. A simple garbage bin was not available in the kitchen or dining room. The glass window in the dining area was cracked. Coffee available on site was enough for one espresso cup for 3 people, and then was finished. The room we were in was with ac switched on, we then plugged a charger and shorted the whole room, with the consequence that ac did not switch on again. As a result, we had to change the room in the middle of the night, since we we too tired to text the owner at 2am!! Would have expected a bit more given that we paid 200e for one night.. but views were top.

The location of the Villa is excellent and amazing. Quite place. Breathing views and also so close to the beach

the million dollar view and the outside area is amazing and comfortable. Inside, the house is a little dated but very comfortable. we were with our own cars and having the possibility to leave the cars in the drive-in was more than expected. Being winter, the house was really warm. It is fully accessible and has direct access to a small beach. excellent value for money

everything was good for our needs. a suggestion maybe to have a microwave, a toaster and some wine glasses :)

Big massive villa with a lot of space for up to 12 people, a great view, little private beach and a really good price.

Amazing amazing view. Stunning. The house was great with enough space to spread out and right on the beach. There were plenty of beds and a great barbecue we enjoyed.

The beds were a bit uncomfortable, for one night it was no big deal, but a whole week would have been rough. The kitchen could have been stocked better (a few more plates and stuff).

1. Mold, mold, mold everywhere! Mold on the walls, mold on the ceiling, mold in the air conditioning. I checked the A/C in all rooms, it is molded. The smell is nightmarish. The owner tried to mask it with some air freshener. I think he used up all the packaging before I arrived because my outer clothes (raincoats), which I haven't washed yet, still stink with this air freshener. 2. For 3 days that left me 1/3roll of toilet paper. 3. No heating. The heating system that is in the house does not work. Owner tip: "use A/C to heat" but as I wrote it smells of fungus and mold. There is no A/C in the living room. At night the temperature in the house dropped to 15. 4. There are some undefined cables hanging everywhere. This is not a safe place. 5. Garbage. There was not a single trash bag in the house. there is no collective waste container in front of the house. Zero organization. 6. Lack of wifi - in the description of the house there is information about available internet and wifi but when you already make reservations, somewhere at the bottom there is information that there is no wifi. Simple manipulation. 7. Very poor GSM network coverage. 8. Worms. Under the sofa in the living room a cemetery of dead bugs. Cockroaches the size of a matchbox. 9. Dirt, dirt, dirt, after 15 minutes of walking around the house, my gray socks turned black, dirt under the beds, dirt in the cupboard, bathtub more like a pig trough. Dirt everywhere. 10. A huge house with 4 bedrooms and the kitchen has no dishwasher, no kettle, a few old pots and burnt pans. 11. Zero contact with the owner. The phone is switched off, or dont answer, even if answer he asks to send a message because he does not speak English. 12. Two weeks passed and I still haven't got the invoice. 13. I had three nights booked but I couldn't take it. When the gas in the cylinder had run out and it turned out that there was no spare cylinder, I packed up and left on the second day.
