The room was fine

The staff were unhelpful and indifferent. There was no porter to assist with luggage and they simply watched as I struggled with it.

The welcoming, the atmosphere, the room and the food, like all 😆

Need to improve the soundproof.

The hotel staff didnt check the bill properly and tell me tht i havent settle my bill which i have made payment thru CC during my booking. I think booking.com shud in communication with hotel staff so this thing shudnt be happened coz it trouble some. next time please email us the receipt proof of payment so tht ur customer can show it to hotek staff during check in

Receipet and proof of payment shud be send thru email to ur customer. Make sure u have communicate with the hotel properly so that we as customer didnt face this kind of problem in the future.

10-15 min from the waterfront. The staff is super nice. They provided baby bed for us. Also the kitchen is very good at the hotel.

There were cockroaches in the bathroom. :/ The bathroom was a little overused and the tile was mouldy. Despite these it was clean.

Your bed was horrible broken leg and not comfortable to sleep on without the bed leg missing and making noise when we turn our body while sleeping making me waking up always. Hope this wont happen to the next customer check into your hotel.

I request for room exchange but was not accepted saying hotel was full. Feeling sad for not sleeping well at your hotel. Anyway thanks for the stay even though i am not feeling happy. We have to get a better convenient hotel for the following 2 nights in kuching. Bye

There's one connected door betwwen room and guess what, it didnnt lock!!! It detailed as 3 stars hotel in website but turned out it not what it is! -3 stars adala. Wont come here anymore
