From the room 105 you can see only a wall, but the worst is that there are air conditioners running very loud which you hear well from your room. Unfortunately, next time I’ll choose another hotel.

Modern and cozy hotel where one can feel himself home. Beautiful and comfortable rooms, good breakfast, friendly staff, good location (sea and beach are 5 min walk). Strongly recommended.

Room cleaning is expected to be better. Wifi were fallen from time to time.

Breakfast was excellent ! Great variety of options. Freshly made eggs and omelettes. Variety of breads , vegetables, cheeses (very good cheese). Very very pleased. Same applies to dinner - excellent ! always options for meat eaters and vegetarians, variety of vegetables ( cooked and raw, salads, various olives, cheeses), options for sides, variety of fruits and good choice of delicious deserts. Wait staff made all meals especially pleasant experience. Very attentive and friendly. Reception staff ( Ci’han,Ahmet, Egine - spelling might be wrong, forgive if I’ve forgotten anyone) - extremely pleasant ! Always very accommodating and friendly. The guy who helped us with luggage when checking In and out was very pleasant as well. We absolutely loved our room ! Top floor suite with panoramic windows and a million dollar sea view, plus 2 balconies. Very stylishly designed. A million dollar view - no doubt. Room service was also very good. Thanks for complimentary drinking water ! Amazing sunsets both if observed from the beach and from the room. Thanks for everything !

Coffee - both in the restaurant and in the room .. Coffee drinks came from a machine and tasted like it was made from instant coffee. This fact did not spoil our stay in any way. Starbucks is only 2 min walk away. Not a deal breaker in any way

The hotel location is great, next to the beach and central with lots of shops around. The hotel facilities are good and the hotel is clean. The room is comfortable, of adequate size and we'll equipped with a small fridge containing 2 half litter water bottles for free, refilled everyday.

The swimming pool is closing at 7pm which is a bit early. It would be nice to be able to enjoy it until 10-11pm. When paying for half pension, only 1 33cl water bottle per person is free, any other drink or water bottle is charged extra which is quite unfair if you consider that for full pension all drinks are included. It would be good to have at least unlimited free water for people paying half pension and free soft drinks would be good. For couples, a double bed would be nicer than two single beds. Timings for breakfast (8.30-10) and especially dinner (6.30-8pm) were quite short which really shortens your day out if you don't want to miss out your meal. It would be nice to have large timespan for meals, 3 hour time would be good, something like 6.30-9.30 pm for dinner for example. Food variety for dinner is also often quite limited, it is mostly grilled meat and meat in sauce dishes but very limited vegetarian options and desserts.

Location is very good, close to the ropeway, cafes, shops, and of course the beach. Overall hotel is nice looking and rooms are comfortable, I've never seen anything like this for this price in Alanya, so it's a great value for money. We also partially had a sea view, which was a nice bonus. Beach itself is perfect, very clean and water is very warm.

There were two beds instead one double type, so info while booking was incorrect, which was disappointing. Food can be better - e.g. there was no porridge during breakfast (just couple of times and it was very weird), and scrambled eggs (there was only oily omelette and fried eggs). Dinner was ok but sometimes everything was too oily too. I also think that giving just one glass of water in HB for dinner - it's a bit greedy :) And last comment - personnel is too obviously asking for tips, basically not going away from the room, i think it's a bit too much.

Meals were excellent, every day you could chose from the variery of food (meet, veges, fruits, salads, cakes, etc). Staff were very friendly and welcoming (especially Ahmet from the reception). Location was perfect - safe, close to the beach, close to the city centre, but at the same time quiet and peaceful.

the blankets were basically towels which made sleeping very uncomfortable, the floors were not clean very dusty and the room was not properly cleaned and the soap was not filled usually. the hotel does not offer towels for the pool/beach so you must buy your own towels. You also have to pay extra to get a chair and extra for an umbrella if you want to go to the beach. Breakfast fruits and vegetables are very old and there were so many flies in the fruits and vegetables because they were bad.

The drinks being served were very bad quality The beer was was flat tasted like flavoured water Even The Coca-Cola was the same, so if you decided to have a vodka and Coca-Cola it was flat, I complain to the staff on a couple of occasions and to one of The promotion staff for the hotel, it was ok for one day after that but return to crappie beer , anyone from Ireland or England would be really disappointed as this hotel is rated as a 4 star I spoke to other holiday makers they said the same and were really disappointed with the quality, they do focus on the food which is really good , but if you have bad beer and drinks and people buying beer outside the hotel and bringing it back to the hotel room , this is not good
