Very centrally located in Marigot, nice staff, clean room.
At times it can be a bit noisy from street noise (during the evening). At night it is quiet.
Difficulty parking car nearby.

Très belle cour d'intérieur, très bien aménagé. Le personnel très gentil et sympathique.

Localisation idéale pour un séjour à Saint-Martin car centrale. L'hôtel est situé dans l'une des rues les plus actives de Marigot donc il y a plaines de petits commerces à quelques mètres et surtout un petit supermarché en face pour faire les courses de la journée. Le ferry pour Saint-Barth se rejoint à pied.
Le petit déjeuner est correct même si selon moi le supplément omelette est obligatoire.
Malgré l'hôtel en plein centre, le patio à l'intérieur de l'hôtel nous ramène au calme et les coins terrasses au premier étage sont très appréciables.

This is such a beautiful place. I love the jungle vibes on the main level where the restaurant is. The food was delicious. It’s very clean and beautifully designed. The grocery store across the street was very convenient! You can definitely walk around and find things places to shop and eat. The staff was very pleasant as well.
The only negative is that there isn’t an elevator so you do have to carry your luggage up stairs.

not helpful, dangerous shower (I fell) with slippery, slanted floors, shower doors leak water, one tiny soap for 4 days, no garbage can in the kitchen area, door lock stuck and difficult to use

We stayed here two nights before picking up a sailboat charter. This hotel is in conveniently located to the marina, restaurants, and shops. The courtyard is delightful. A lovely place for an evening glass of wine and appetizer, or morning coffee. Our room was small, but nicely styled, and the entire property is impeccably clean. The staff were all kind and helpful. This was a fabulous value for the money, and an extremely pleasant stay.

The hotel is in a busy area so parking might be an issue if you rent a car. I didn't get enough towels in my room.

Very central location to Marigot Harbor, clean facilities, overall a minimalist, nice, clean room. The breakfast is pretty decent and includes croissants and assorted pastries.
It's in a fairly congested area of town with small alleys. Parking isn't hard to find but you just have to circle the block a few times. No elevators.
