AVILA BEACH ESCAPE es un espacioso condominio de dos habitaciones a solo 4 minutos de la playa, el paseo de compras y restaurantes.
A nivel del suelo hay una gran suite principal y una bañera de hidromasaje con baño privado y ducha a ras de suelo, cama de día y TV. La suite principal tiene un patio privado con pozo de fuego. Tener la hoguera toma lo suficiente de la playa de la tarde para relajarse extendiendo las horas del patio.
En el segundo nivel hay una gran sala espaciosa con un sofá cama Queen, comedor para 6, más 3 taburetes. El segundo dormitorio tiene una cama queen. Las ventanas panorámicas enmarcan las vistas a la montaña, y los tragaluces y las ventanas superiores proporcionan mucha luz natural en las áreas de estar.
Fuera de la sala de estar y la cocina hay un balcón con una barbacoa de propano para preparar sus bocados después de un día al sol o cerca del campo de golf Avila. El salón tiene chimenea y TV grande. La cocina cuenta con electrodomésticos de diseño y es lo suficientemente grande como para que dos chefs compartan el espacio mientras los invitados se reúnen alrededor de la isla de granito.

Great location! Clean! Had beach supplies such as towels and chairs . Garage was very tight for a big SUV. We really enjoyed our stay. It would be hard for elderly people since living space is upstairs.

Enjoyed staying at this property again. Nicely situated in Avila Beach, with easy access to beach, hiking, and restaurants. Two off-street parking spots (one in garage) was very convenient. If it’s unusually hot, the upstairs can get warm; but never uncomfortable.
Will look to book again soon!

Great place to stay!
Enjoyed staying at this property again. Nicely situated in Avila Beach, with easy access to beach, hiking, and restaurants. Two off-street parking spots (one in garage) was very convenient. If it’s unusually hot, the upstairs can get warm; but never uncomfortable.

Refreshing time in Avila
This was the perfect place for us, an easy walk to coffee shops, a little market, and the beach! We enjoyed dinner at the Custom House and Fat Cat’s. There is a step down from the garage entry that one should be mindful of. We didn’t use the outside seating areas, but they were very inviting and just as pictured. We would definitely rent here again! Thank you!

The home itself is nicely appointed with all the amenities we needed, having a kitchen while vacationing is a must for a large family if you don't want to eat out three meals a day for five days!!
The location was quiet but close to local restaurants and shops, everything was walking distance.
Gas & groceries were further away, but google maps and having a plan makes this easy to deal with.
Communication with Seven Sisters was outstanding, from the first contact when booking to the time leading up to our arrival to checkout on our final day. Terri was quick to respond and nothing was left out regarding what we needed to know about our stay.
As a family, we highly recommend the Avila Beach Escape house for a family looking for a long beach weekend.

We rented this as an overflow property for a larger group we were hosting at Casa Avila (2895 Avila Beach). I did not spend much time in this location except to help check our guests in. The property was exceptionally neat and clean. It looked fantastic and worked well for our guests staying there.

The location is nearly perfect right next to the post office and La Fonda Hotel. The condo is super clean, updated, and has nearly everything you need.
Only critique - the instructions for entry are not 100% accurate - wrong location listed for keypad and it should have said to enter garage before using door code.
The kitchen is a little cramped for space due to the fridge being too large for the space and the door opens the wrong way.
All in all - great value for the money.

Excellent customer service leading up to arrival. Wonderful location, close to everything in town including dining, beach, park and bike trail. Home was very clean and had all the needed amenities. Views from all windows weren’t spectacular but that didn’t take away from our wonderful time in this unit or this beachside community.

Our experience at the Seven Sisters property was perfect! The condo was beautiful - clean, well-appointed, and offered privacy and easy access to town and the beach. We called on the girls for help with a small issue and they were there in minutes - with great attitudes. We loved our stay and will go back again!

Everything about this condo is wonderful! It is a bright, clean and spacious 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo. It has a beach theme decor and many special touches. There is a lovely patio with fireplace off the master bedroom and a balcony off the great room complete with barbecue. The kitchen is well stocked with beautiful ocean themed dishes, glassware and utensils, stainless steel pots and pans and even baking supplies! There is a gas fireplace in the great room for cool nights. The washer and dryer were wonderful to have on vacation. The jacuzzi was perfect for relaxing at night with a glass of wine!
The location is perfect for a beach vacation or as a home base to explore the Central Coast and Paso Robles wine country. It is 2 short blocks to the ocean and the quaint main street of Avila Beach with cute shops, wine tasting and nice restaurants. Breakfast outside at Custom House watching the ocean is amazing! You can walk along the ocean out to Port San Luis and be entertained by seals, otters and pelicans, rent a kayak or go fishing or whale watching. Across the street you can play 18 holes of golf and explore the Bob Jones Trail. Incredible! All this within walking distance!
