This is budget friendly. Staff were very supportive(helped to keep the luggage for long time before check in) Room was neat and clean All system was working properly Near to Masjid Al Haram( 10 min walking through Anj Hotel)

Some cigarette bits were found in the corridor.

If you rent a vehicle your rental vehicle will be towed away. I have to pay 150 Riyals to get my rental vehicle back. The property didn’t even bother to help me. No parking lot if you are renting a vehicle. We came for umrah and the police didn’t even help us. We came for Allah house to worship him and it wasn’t fare how the people are treated. They need to build sidewalks for umrah and hajj. Instead of building so many buildings we need sidewalks space between vehicles and pedestrians. Poor who came to make umrah are the one being neglected. Cars make horns on older people.
