Alex and Jose were extremely efficient communicators and alway responded to me so promptly that I knew if I had any problems they would be available. The apartment is small but perfect for 2, was exceptionally clean and nice modern kitchen.The security was excellent so no worries about safety. We had restaurants and bars galore just outside our building but no noise could be heard. We easily walked to pikes Market, other shopping, Clipper ferry terminal; no need for a car. Recommend.

Enjoyed our brief stay in this clean studio. We were there Sun to Tues, so neighborhood was relatively quiet. Host was responsive and everything as advertised. The park spot is indeed small as stated, just enough for our Mazda compact SUV to squeeze in. Overall, would certainly stay again.

The apartment is soooo clean and neat. It has everything you need for your stay. The hosts Alex and Jose were so gracious and answered all our questions promptly. They made sure we had a comfortable stay. Being our first trip to
Seattle, we felt very safe and loved having a secure, dedicated parking spot. We would definitely book again! Thanks for everything!!

Alex's place was wonderfully located near the Pike Place and other tourist spots! My friend and I stayed here for a couple nights and loved it! Even though it is in a busy area, you don't hear any of the hustle and bustle of the city!
Alex was very responsive and had all the amenities listed. If you're ever in the Seattle area, I definitely recommend booking with Alex!

Property was great.
It was clean, quiet and had everything we needed.
The location is superb. Restaurants, pubs markets and Sport Stadium's are all within walking distance.
The Hosts were wonderful and quick to respond with any question Id had.
We've visited Seattle many times over the years but this was by far our best trip ever.
We parked the car in the underground parking stall and never needed it again until our departure date.
We will definitely be booking here again in the future.

The property was well organized and very clean. We enjoyed the lovely sheets and towels. And we didn’t have any problems with noise, although my spouse said that seagulls were loud in the morning.

Wonderful location! Very comfortable bed with great shower, full kitchen, and laundry machine…highly recommend! Follow entry instructions that the host messages you (instead of the VRBO email)…the wrong code was in the VRBO email…but the host is very responsive to messages! Thank you for such a comfortable stay…❤️

We greatly enjoyed our stay in Seattle! This location was perfectly located to be able to walk to the Space Needle and all of the way down to the Aquarium. The apartment was clean and nicely stocked. The communication with Jose was excellent and very accommodating. It was a nice size for two people but would tight with 3 or 4 people. We will definitely be back!

Overall, it was a great place but wish we would have done more research beforehand to realize the apartment was smooshed in between two clubs. The bass was blaring pretty bad Friday and Saturday night which made it hard to sleep. The area also didn’t seem as safe as we were hoping. The apartment itself was immaculate and directions and communication with the host were great!

Extremely clean and beautifully decorated. Alex was a perfect communicator and appreciated the secure building. Only feedback would be the air conditioning is not central air so it takes awhile to cool down and the living chairs aren’t super great for relaxing. Otherwise it’s great and perfectly located.

Great Location
We very much enjoyed our stay here. The property is very centrally located and within walking distance to the city center as well as the Market. Alex and Jose were great hosts who were easy to reach and willing to accomodate some of our special requests. They even left us a surprise for our anniversary. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to Seattle. Did not disappoint!!

Great place and location.
Great host. They went the extra mile to make our stay perfect. Location was in walking distance to many places and to public transportation. The studio was very clean and well equipped. The bed and pillows were very comfy. I definitely would recommend this unit and come back to it. Thanks again Alex and Jose.
