Easy check in, Sonia gave us great direction from the Tube to her place. She provided us with a mall amount of food and beverages to get us through the first night. Place is in a great location to explore all of London. Would look here first on our next visit!

We stayed for five days, parents and adult kids. Was a terrific location and the home was a perfect place to come home to after a long day. You can get anywhere easily from South Kensington tube station which is just down the street. Would definitely stay again.

Absolutely perfect, close to the South Kensington Station and within walking distance of sights and shopping. Sonia is the perfect host, even provided some basic staples, wine and fruit to get us started. Good room set out for the family with kids in separate rooms and 2 showers. Comfortable and homey, perfect location for our party of 3 adults and 2 teens. Very short walk to tube station, museums, restaurants. The neighborhood was lovely. Sonia kindly allowed us to check in a bit early and had stocked some basic groceries that got our vacation off to a great start, which was much appreciated. We all found the beds to be comfortable and hardly ever needed to use the heating units even though it was a chilly week November. All amenities functioned as described, we had everything we needed!

The three bedrooms worked well for our family. The living, dining and kitchen we’re comfortable and provided all we needed. Bathrooms sunlights added light to the rest of the home. We were very close to the underground for trips within and outside London. You can hear the underground from the home but back windows were double to dampen the sound. Lots of great places to eat nearby and groceries were very accessible. Sonia and Andrea were were great about communicating and helping with our stay. We really enjoyed our stay and were out and about everyday with so much to see!

The location couldn't be better. The home was very comfortable and the kitchen was pre-stocked with fresh fruit and milk in the fridge. I will be staying here again (if available) on my next visit to London....

When I imagined our trip to London, I hoped that I could find a place to stay that would be somewhat close to public transportation and have enough space for us to relax after long days of experiencing London. What we ended up with was a perfect home filled with warmth, light, and beautiful art. Three lovely bedrooms and bathrooms (one with a washing machine), a kitchen filled with anything you need to make your own meal or enjoy take out, a large dining room, a cozy living room, wi-fi, tv with Netflix, a front door with extra locks (although we never felt unsafe), and a wonderful host named Sonia who lived downstairs. What can I say about Sonia that you haven't read in the other reviews? We fell in love with her the minute we met her. She is so intelligent, is curious about the world, and ensuring that your stay is wonderful. We had come to London for a vacation and for my daughter to attend a concert. Sonia gave us excellent advice about transportation, suggested places for us to go eat and visit, and was invested in our having a great time. An absolute dream host and now a friend! I wouldn't hesitate to book this place. You won't be sorry. You are a block and a half away from The Underground, have access to a multitude of excellent restaurants and bakeries, little shops, and are minutes away from world-class museums and parks. Anything else you want is a train ride away. I can't wait to go back and stay with Sonia again!

excellent location extremely easy to access underground and travel around London. The owner was very helpful and accomodating I feel the beds were a little uncomfortable and the linens and towels could be updated as well as some of the furniture. Overall good value.

I was in London to celebrate my 60th birthday, along with my wife, my two adult children, plus my sons girlfriend. There was more than enough room for the 5 of us, and the proximity to the South Kensington Tube Station made it so easy to get anywhere in London in almost no time. Sonia went the extra mile to meet us when we arrived, unobtrusively checked up on us during our stay, and then came by on our last day to see us off. She had left a bottle of wine and various snacks for us when we arrived and was just as friendly as she could be. I would highly recommend this flat to anyone travelling to London!

We enjoyed our stay Brompton & Hans Town condo. The South Kensington location was very good with restaurants and two museums an easy 5 min. walk (The Natural History and Victoria & Albert Museums). But most of all the South Kensington Under Ground station was also a 5 min. walk which opened up all of London to us. Our hostess was key to making our stay excellent, it was not that our stay was problem free, but Sonia always tried to fix any problem with a smile on her face.

Great location! Spacious flat. Plenty of bathrooms. Sonia was a gem and so sweet to us. We were visiting when the Queen passed away. Sonia was so worried we wouldn’t be able to see or do anything. But we still saw plenty and understood the momentous historical event that was taking place for Londoners and all of the UK.

Sonia (the property owner) is gracious, delightful and she aims to please. The property was comfortable, safe and well-located. Bathrooms are as described but could use some upkeep. Linens are supplied, but these too could use some refreshing. Finally, the property is only 3 minutes from the South Kensington underground station, and while in the residence, one is aware of the trains running regularly behind the property.
