Stayed with my family in Villa 7, in March 2022. Absolutely loved it. Big villa that was clean, spacious, well equipped, good location. Common pool was nice, with bar that u can get food and drinks. All communication was 5-star worthy. Thank you- looking forward to come again :)

Lovely villa and communal pool and bar area very chilled and relaxing. Staff are very friendly and prices for food and drink very reasonable. Celia the owner was very helpful and accommodating when I requested for a change to our booking due to a family emergency, she couldn't have been more helpful and understanding. Overall a lovely holiday and experience.

El chalet esta bien distribuido, limpio, bien cuidado. Su ubicación es perfecta. La piscina individual y la barbacoa son muy apreciables La propietaria ha estado muy disponible, y muy comprensiva, la recomiendo !

Very good location for the nightlfe. Close to beaches and nice private, but cold pool. Highlight is the pool bar around the corner with very good fresh food for good prices.

The villa was lovely and catered for all our needs being a family of 6. Celia met us upon arrival and made the whole booking process very easy. The pool bar and pool were very handy and we used it on numerous occasions. Would recommend to anyone and would definitely stay again.

Fantastiskt hus med bästa läget! Lugnt och skönt, men väldigt nära till allt! Stranden på nära avstånd. Härliga strandpromenaden! Mycket butiker och restauranger i området. Celia har svarat på många frågor, så hjälpsam! Lämnat gott att dricka i kylen, och godis till barnen! Fanns allt i huset som man behövde. Gott om handdukar tex. Härligt med egen pool! Roliga saker till barnen, att ha i poolen! Poolbaren har så god mat, man kan även ta med sig till sitt hus. Den låg runt hörnet av huset. Fanns även ett biljardbord där. Många platser i huset att sitta och koppla av, särskilt balkongen på övervåningen, där man ser havet med vacker solnedgång,och folklivet. Bra med två badrum, då vi var 6 personer. Bra med ut/ ingång på två ställen i området! Önskar att vi kan bo där igen! Så trevligt! Tack Celia för all hjälp!

Great location, right in amongst all of the night life however your far enough away not to be bothered by it either if you want peace and quite. Plenty of towels for the house and the pool, we eat in several times in the covered out side dinning area which was really good. Large Macdo super market to to far away with a taxi rank to bring you back to the complex, try the fresh tiger prawns huge and cooked up lovely. I would highly recommend villa Celia for family or friends holidays, this trip was three brothers and our father who is in his eighties so having one bedroom and large family bathroom on the ground floor was perfect.

Stayed for a week in this superb villa that's part of a secure complex Own pool on terrace or can use complex one, which also has a food and drink bar. (ate there several times, lovely). Inside you have everything you need to have, plenty of room, towels, massive fridge, aircon upstairs and wifi. Certainly ticked all our boxes and would definitely come back again. Celia popped by to say hello too which was nice.

Location is very good. Private swimming pool was lovely. Clean rooms. Celia is very friendly and helpful. Water pressure was not enough for good shower. But it did not disturb our vacation. The pool bar was very good. We will be back next year :)

Celia organised transport for our arrival and departure. She met us at the gate to the villa with keys and showed us around. The villa itself was every bit as we hoped for and more, the only drawback was we would have liked a bigger outside terrace area but we were only a two minute walk to the communal pool and bar. The bar itself served very good food a very reasonable prices and the staff were very pleasant. We were in a central location within walking distance to all amenities and would certainly return here.

We were a group of 7 adults in our early 30's and had a brillant time in this lovely villa. Celia is a great help answering questions in the build up to the arrival. She was kind enough to organise transport to and from the airport. The villa was well equipped and was clean and tidy. The private pool was a bonus when you compared to other villas on site. It was situated in a great location with both bars and pubs and restaurants all nearby although you never heard any noise from them. Overly a lovely villa

wir hatten 16 wundervolle Tage in dem neu renovierten Haus. Es hat alles geklappt und CELIA ist eine sehr hilfreiche Person. Das Haus befindet sich in einer Anlage mit einem Gemeinschaftspool. Durch den eigenen privaten Pool ist man für sich und kann die Tage genießen. Wir hatten 3 Doppelzimmer die von der Größe ausreichend sind. Eine Terrasse im oberen Schlafzimmer, lässt wunderbare Aussicht aufs Meer zu. 2 Bäder und eine Küche, was will man mehr . Wir würden sofort wieder buchen. Celia, vielen Dank !!!!!!!!!! :-) we had 16 wonderful days in the newly renovated house. Everything has worked out and CELIA is a very helpful person. The house is in a complex with a communal pool. By the private pool you are for yourself and can enjoy the days. We had 3 double rooms of the size sufficient. A terrace in the upper bedroom, has a wonderful view of the sea. 2 bathrooms and a kitchen, what more could you ask for. We would book again. Celia, thank you very much !!!!!!!!!! :-)

Stayed for 6 nights with 3 kids and two other adults. Very clean on arrival. Lovely villa with 4 nice bedrooms, great living and eating quarters. Used the shared pool area everyday and kids had great time. Great and very immediate response from Celia and her family... Celia is great host! Would love to stay in it again.

Overall a great stay. The apartment is a good size, it could do with some modernising in terms of decor. The kitchen is very small, but adequate. The upstairs bedrooms are a decent size.There is a small private pool in addition to the main pool on the complex. My main complaint is that it' is advertised on Homeaway as a 4 bedroomed property which is why we hired it, but missed the small print stating that if you want the 4th bedroom you have to pay extra and I thought €160 extra upon arrival was steep on top of the €1100 already paid, plus the homeaway booking fee made it quite expensive for what it was. Celia is nice lady and very helpful. Very good at assisting with enquiries and good at responding to emails. Overall a great stay but beware if you want the fourth bedroom which houses 1 person, clarify the price first. In terms of location a short walk to the beach, loads of restaurants nearby and a short walk to the smart shops of Las Americas.

Somos una familia formada por una persona mayor, dos matrimonios y dos niñas que estuvimos en esta propiedad durante la primera quincena de agosto de 2016. Lo primero que hay que destacar de la casa es la dueña, Celia, cuyo cálido trato y disposición a ayudar resultan sorprendentes en un lugar tan turístico: fue rápida en las respuestas y en aclarar dudas, seria y cordial al mismo tiempo, que nos recibió con una nutrida cesta de frutas y víveres de primera necesidad y que tanto se agradecen a la llegada. Las fotos y la descripción de la casa no le hacen justicia, porque es mucho mejor en realidad: sala de estar muy acogedora con una tele enorme y sofás estupendos para ver las Olimpiadas, una piscina privada para aliviar los calores de agosto y entretener a niños y mayores sin necesidad de usar la piscina comunitaria, cocina práctica con todos los utensilios necesarios, habitaciones amplias, luminosas y confortables, dos baños completos y cómodos, una terraza para contemplar el atardecer en el mar, etc. La casa dispone de muebles de calidad que dan la sensación de estar en un hogar y no de alquiler vacacional, dispone de vajilla, cubertería, ropa de cama, toallas, tumbonas para tomar el sol, mesa al aire libre y bajo techo para comer, etc. Hay que destacar también la excelente ubicación de la casa, tanto dentro de la urbanización como en la zona de Playa de las Américas. Está muy cerca la Playa de Troya, limpia y con arena negra fina. Muy cerca de supermercados y de excelentes restaurantes para comer bien y para comida rápida. Bien situado también para ambiente nocturno, aunque no molesta estando en la casa. Si repetimos en Tenerife, esta casa será nuestra primera opción. Muchas gracias a Celia por todo.
