Missing a bottle of water on the rooms

near to the town one of the team members called David ( red hair) he was very kind and helpful

hygiene: the housekeeping is so bad. I stayed 8 days, the housekeeping women cleaned by room 2 times and that was after claiming at the reception. the garbage in the room for 3 days! I asked about breakfast in the room, they told me to pick by myself and then the plate stood in my room for 3 days in my room ( I didn’t want to take it at first, to see how frequent the housekeeping come). and again I took it to the reception. if it is a normal procedures there then they should remove the service room and housekeeping from the facilities🫠

Polite and helpful staff. The girl on Reception leant me her phone adapter so I could charge my phone. Much appreciated. Breakfast starting at 6.00am suited me well.

My room was cold at first but improved when I turned on the radiator. The bathroom was a little cramped but spotlessly clean.

I needed to join a vessel early in the morning at the maasvlakte and therefore chose this hotel. I had been here before and liked it. The room was spacious, air conditioning working well and I loved to find a coffeemaker in the room.

Cannot think of anything that was not to my liking.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The chap on reception went out of his way to get us some food after the kitchen had closed.

The wash basin was tiny, and it was difficult to get in and out of bathroom as not much room to get round the door

The hotel was booked and confirmed prior to departure rom home. 30 minutes before arrival (about 9 hrs after the booking was made) I received a call from the hotel to advise my booking was cancelled due to the payment for the credit card had not gone through. My account had around £4000 in credit and was used several times for other items on the way to the hotel and I paid for the hotel that I eventually stayed in with the same credit card with no problem.

Spacious room with a comfy bed. Restaurant food was very tasty. Bar staff were great.

Big silverfish (Lepisma saccharinum) in the room. Bathroom was not functional - shower overflowed onto the floor due to drainage problem, sink too small & tap too big (meaning water spills onto your feet and the floor), and generally very cramped. Some (not all) of the reception staff were quite indifferent when I was standing at the front desk waiting to tell them about the silverfish, with 2 of them dealing with a single customer, they had not even bothered to acknowledge I was standing there. After 5 minutes I realised I was invisible, and so I walked off. This is a budget hotel, at a premium price. I would not want to stay there again.

Noisy hotel, The walls are like paper and you hear every conversation from the neighbours. It was filled with a loud crowd and doors were slapped all night long + some party in the room next door. The room telephone and the heating doesn't work, so I had to use my roaming cell phone to call the reception. They just ignore complaints and try to sit it out. A lousy experience. Until now nobody contacted me as it was promised from the front desk.
