Marvellous view over the lake! well designed kitchen in marine style with bar stools; High tec equipment ( TV, light installations wirh remote control in bedroom and bathroom) great rainforest shower in spacius douche, stylish basin. good selection of coffee capsules and sirvival kit of fruit, water and cerials. private parking, in steep surrounding. Communicative landlord with various helpful advice.

The host is very nice and always reachable for any support. Nice view from the balcony. The apartment looks exactly what is in the photos , and well furnished , equipped and it has everything you need in it. The Place is very quiet , very clean and with good space.

Nothing .. except location .. is bit far from Como lake , so if you have a car or its ok for you to take the public transportation, or pay the trips for taxis, then its a great place for you.

A fully stocked kitchen is arguably one of the biggest perks of staying here in all ways; coffee, food & beverages to start our stay and all appliances and utensils needed for a week or 2 week vacation stay exploring Lake Como. The view was amazing. Decorated nicely. Our host Luca was very very helpful, with a great personality. Directions to the apartment and how to get the keys to the apartments were perfect and easy to access. We would recommend Ul Laghee Blevio Apartments.

The furniture: bed and couch was not the most comfortable, would have appreciated a firmer mattress and more cushion on the couch as the cushion was flat and not someplace you'd want to sit for very long.

The views, fixtures and fittings, Hosts Luka and Mercedes .😃 The apartment was Beautiful. Having a safe parking Space was also a huge bonus.

Building outside not to the high standards of the apartments, gave the wrong initial impression 😟

The location and the view to Lake Como is spectacular and breathtaking. What made it for me is how the staff was shockingly friendly, and the room was filled with everything needed to only stay in it.

The room not the biggest but comfortable for 2 people. Great view of the Lake from the balcony. Clean, modern/new design, functional and beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked and equipped with coffee machine and large variety of coffee capsules. The shower was amazing. Most of all our Host Luca made our stay really an enjoyable experience, very friendly and accommodating. Was very helpful in recommending places to eat and making the reservations. We also went on his boat cruising down Lake Como, wonderful experience.

Location. Not many amenities around so a having car would be ideal in getting around.

Quiet Neighbourhood, helpful host, wonderful apartament

A perfect stay with the perfect view on the lake Como! The apartment is furnished with a good taste and you can see that the owners have thought about each detail to make their guests feel at home! Fully equipped kitchen, fruits, juice, coffee, jam, milk, water - never seen this before in any rented flat. The owner sent us a video to explain how to find the apartment, it was very useful and in general Luca was always available by phone. If we come back to Como, we know where to stay!

The host is very attentive. He even picked us up in como, he was available at all times. The property is close to como, but if you are without a car it’s kind of in the middle of nowhere, but Luca made sure that the nights we weren’t cooking or going to como, that we would have food deliver from a como restaurant, GREAT restaurant by the way. The wake surf club is 15 min away walking down the hill, steep walk which wasn’t a problem for us, but good to mention it in case next guests wouldn’t find that ideal. TV and its services is GREAT. Kitchen is very well equipped and Luca was very nice and even left us some welcome goodies for the beginning of our stay.

It is a busy road, not the main avenue but yes it’s a busy road that everybody takes to go up.
