location is good, complete amentities

some of the kitchen equipment not very clean ( toaster , kettle-rusty)

Check in and apartment were great, only complaint was there was a huge and empty parking garage that had no instructions on how to use or information from the property if I was allowed to use it.

The parking garage was empty but there was no indication from the property whether I could use it or not and no instructions on how to open the garage door.

Self checking in was very easy and it was less than a 10 min walk to the ski hire and chair lifts. The apartment was well appointed and clean.

The ensuite fan rattled and the light bulb needs replacing. The heat lamps were nice and warm though

First-timers to the mountain, we were finding it difficult to locate the entry as it was also quite snowy and slippery. Notes were provided, but with several emails on my phone, it was a little tricky to find the right info. #17 on the entry door to the garage entrance would have assisted greatly. Fortunately, shortly after arriving, we were met by someone who showed us in which was great! A fabulous apartment, lovely beds, plenty of crockery, and great cooking items (we didn't use). Awesome HOT showers! Great position to the village and ski lift. Great ski room at the entry for those hitting the slopes over winter.

Was freezing when we first arrived, the heaters had been turned on at the power, but all were turned off on the dials. Could the person setting up please check that for further guests. Once we sorted them out, the appt heated up by bedtime and remained toasty for our stay. Some milk in the fridge would have been nice for coffee and tea. Only one restaurant was open whilst we were there mid-week, just pre-season, of course, it was the other side of the village but a nice crisp walk. All the staff were very friendly, we pretty much had the resort to ourselves other than staff and tradies. We were very appreciative of the earlier arrival and late check-out given at this time of year, it meant we could loiter and take more photos and not rush. Thank you. Loved our couple of days at Mt Buller.

The instruction stated to collect keys from Mansfield then proceed to Mt Buller. This was incorrect. We didn’t need any keys.

Great, comfortable apartment in walking distance to the village.
