Excellent location which provided a brilliant short pit stop close to the bus station and the old town. Nice owner who was helpful.

Right in the centre of everything. Clean and tidy with all necessities you can need.

Perfect walking distance to everything; beach, Old Town, Grocery Store and the Port (hub for train, buses and ferries). Comfortable bed, aircondition, equipped kitchen for light cooking. Warm water and good water pressure in shower. Washing machine for clothes (plus detergent). Very nice and polite host. If you are staying a few nights in Split, I recommend Stone Rose😊
Water Cooker could need a replacement, other than that I have no complaints😊

With 3 single women it was bit small also the bathroom and kitchen was not so well equipped

The stuff was super friendly and they provided us whatever we asked! 😊 The location was really walking distance to everywhere so we walked everywhere from there. The house is actually very nice and authentic, it had a sea view. There was enough products to cook at home like they had olive oils pots etc. Maybe if there would be coffee tea that would be perfect!Overall it was nice but maybe if you're 4 adults the common area sofa could be small and hard to fit in for you and the upstairs maybe you can hit your head to ceiling sometimes 😅 and if you don't wear shoes at home maybe would be better to bring slippers with you since the ground wouldn't be super comfortable to walk without slippers.
there is no elevator so you have to climb up to last floor if you choose the house with sea view maybe it could be tiring for the older ones. And maybe bed linens could be more new products to feel cleaner overall the house is very clean didn't see anything annoying just a little recommendation 😊

the apartment is very central to everything, we had the view of the harbour and only about a 5 minute walk to the beach as well as the town and small shops
the sofa was a bit uncomfortable, couldn’t relax on it at all, it’s a pull out bed with no armchair at the side just put together but done the job for the stay as we barely used it.

Location was excellent, next to rail,ferry,taxi links.
Next to the marina and all attractions within walking distance.
Would definitely recommend to anyone coming to split.
2 flights of stairs (we were there on hottest day of the year) found this a struggle in the extreme heat.
No outside space but then again we would not have used it due to the heat,air conditioning was a god send once back in the apartment.

Everything was great. Perfect location, cozy and well equipped apartment, friendly host. Apartment is next to the Diocletian's palace, next to the buses and ferries and on walking distance from the beach.

This apartment is very cosy and well equipped. There were all we needed.
The location is also amazing. All you need is in 5 minutes or less on foot: ancient Diocletian palace, "Riva", bike rental, catch-up point for many tours, restaurants and supermarkets.
The landlord is really nice. He was in touch at every moment we needed and he has helped us a lot!

It’s just a stone throw away from the Diocletian Palace as well as less than 5mins walk to the bus station and port which is good for catching our next bus ride plus ferry to Hvar. The host is very friendly and gave us free bottled water and juice. A definitely good value for money.
