Idealmente ubicado en el 1er piso de una casa de pueblo, este apartamento está en una calle tranquila a 1 minuto a pie del centro histórico y comercial de Ribeauvillé. Cuenta con una cocina totalmente equipada, abierta al comedor, a la sala de estar, todo con una superficie de 50 metros cuadrados, orientado al sur y con vistas abiertas.
Consta de 3 dormitorios, uno de 10m2 con una cama doble de 140x190, el segundo de 14m2 con una cama doble de 160x200, y el tercero de 15m2 con dos camas individuales de 90x190, de un Baño con ducha de 90x140, WC separado, así como una sala de lavandería equipada con una bicicleta estática y un stepper.
Para encontrar una casa impecablemente limpia, le cobraré 60 € adicionales correspondientes a la tarifa de limpieza "final de la estancia", pagadera a su llegada.
Se solicitará un depósito de 400 € a su llegada y se le devolverá a su salida.

This house is the perfect place to stay while exploring Alsace. The location is ideal, in a quiet side street but just a minutes walk from the town center with all the restaurants, shops and sites. The house is spacious, exceptionally clean and has everything you need. The Wi-Fi is fast, the TV has English cable channels as well as streaming channels and the kitchen is the best equipped we’ve ever seen in a rental. There are parking spaces included which is a huge benefit in the small towns on the Wine Road. The host Anne was excellent in her communication and assistance during our stay and made us feel very welcome. We will most definitely stay here again on our next visit to Alsace.

We have a lovely time here. It was perfect for our group of 4 adults and two children. It was very clean, well organized and quiet. It was so close to everything we wanted to see and Ribeauville is so beautiful, especially in the spring. There was an incredible playground for the children. The garage was very useful for cars and bikes as well. Anne was so charming and interested in her guests and making our stay so comfortable. Highly recommended!

We stayed for 3 nights in this wonderful apartment. It was warm and spacious, everything required was there and of very good quality. The many Christmas touches were delightful and we loved the artwork in every room.
Ribeauville was a lively place at this time of year with lots of visitors. The apartment however, despite being very central, was far enough off the main street to be peaceful and quiet.
Anne and Philippe were very kind and welcoming.

Quality property and set a standard for our trip (which no one later met). Anne even left us some sparkling wine to start out our days in Alsace. The apartment is quite beautiful in a pretty town, a short walk to the playground (which is under construction now but will soon be a masterpiece of childhood dreams). The parking is in the garage below and easy to access. The kids' room isn't well ventilated, but there are fans available in the apartment, so not a big deal.

The apartment is very nicely modernized and very well equipped (incl. dishwasher, washing maschine), abd the host is very nice and helpful. But: neither Ribeauville as a town nor the apartment itself are suitable for vacationing in the hot summer season. Vitually all restaurants shut down outside the main lunch and dinner hours and certainly after 9:00 pm. After that they do not even serve any more drinks. So one has little choice but to drudge back to the apartment. Unfortunately, there is no balcony or terrace or garden where to sit with a drink. The afternoon sun blares onto the windows and heats up the sitting room. There is no air conditioning, and the two ventilators provided are not much help. The bedroom windows open to another house less than 4 feet away, so opening them is not an option.
In short: Ribeauville and the apartment are probably very nice in spring and autumn, but not at all recommended in the height of summer. Two final remarks, one especially for older folks: the apartment is reached via a steep 20-step staircase, no easy task with a suitcase. And the garage will not hold two SUV-sized cars.

Magnifique appartement très bien situé à Ribeauvillé
Nous avons passé une très agréable semaine. L'apparte-ment était particulièrement agréable. Il a toutes les qualités : spacieux, décoré avec beaucoup de goût agrémenté de plantes vertes, très bien situé dans la ville. Le garage est très pratique. Les propriétaires sont charmants, sympathique et attentionnés.
Nous aimerions y retourner et nous le conseillons vivement.

Lieblingswohnung
Liebe Anne, wir haben uns in dieser Wohnung so wohl gefühlt! Zuerst einmal die wunderschön eingerichteten und wirklich großen Räume. Endlich mal genug Geschirr, um nicht jeden Tag die Spülmaschine laufen lassen zu müssen. Ein kleines "Sportzimmer", das wir als Abstellraum perfekt nutzen konnten. Bad und Toilette sauber und gepflegt, mit genügend Haken und Stauraum. Nicht zuletzt eine sehr liebe und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Die Lage in Ribeauville könnte nicht besser sein, zentral aber trotzdem ruhig. Perfekt auch die Garage, in der Auto samt Dachbox locker Platz hatten. Wir haben sehr viel in der Umgebung unternommen, aber freuten uns immer auf das "Heim kommen". Vielen Dank für alles! Ich denke, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir 4 fanden eine sehr gepflegte, ruhig und zentral gelegene und großzügig geschnittene Wohnung im 1. Stock.
Anne empfing uns freundlich, mit vielen guten Empfehlungen zum Ausgehen und einer Flasche Cremant.
Unsere 5 freien Tage in Ribeauvillé waren mit schönen Wandertouren -direkt von der Wohnung beginnend-
und Ausflügen mit dem Auto in die Umgebung, sowie den Köstlichkeiten der elsässischen Küche wie ein kleiner Urlaub.
Wir können die Unterkunft bei Anne unbedingt weiterempfehlen.

Hervorragend
Eine super Wohnung im Zentrum von Ribeauvillé. Auch gut gelegen für Ausflüge nach Colmar oder Strassbourg (ca. 1 Autostunde). Sehr nette und unkomplizierte Begrüssung und Verabschiedung. Gerade für Familien mit Teenagern auch aufgrund der sehr gut eingerichteten Küche und der drei Schlafzimmer absolut empfehlenswert. Wir kommen sicher wieder!

Appartement vraiment au top, propre, bien décoré, bien équipé, spacieux et lumineux. Le grand garage est vraiment un plus: nous avons pu y garer notre voiture de 1,30m de hauteur. L'accueil est chaleureux. La communication avec la propriétaire très bonne.

Séjour entr'amis pour les marchés de noël dans un appartement au top , fonctionnel et spacieux pour 6 adultes. Les équipements sont de qualité. Nous avons passé 3 jours très agréables avec nos 3 filles dans un bel appartement spacieux, confortable et très propre situé en plein centre de Ribeauvillé dans une rue très calme et avec un garage pour la voiture ce qui est très appréciable. Nous avons été très bien accueillis et conseillés par une hôte aux petits soins avec nous.Nous conseillons vivement cet appartement et y reviendrons dès que possible.

Appartement vaste, propre et très bien équipé,(cuisine etc). Propriétaire très agréable et de bon conseil. Situé dans un quartier très calme mais proche du centre du village. Comme vous l'avez compris: séjour impeccable.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung im Herzen des Elsass
Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet – man findet alles was man braucht. Mit den drei Schlafzimmern sind wir mit sechs Personen sehr gut zurecht gekommen. Die Ferienwohnung ist ruhig, aber trotzdem zentral gelegen: in nur 50 Metern ist man in der Fußgängerzone, in der man verschiedene Bäcker, Restaurants und Souvenirläden findet. Die große Garage ist sehr nützlich: zum einen spart man sich die Parkplatzsuche, zum anderen bleibt das Auto schön kühl. Die Vermieterin ist sehr sympathisch und nett. Sie hilft bei Fragen und gibt hilfreiche Informationen zur Gegend. Zentral im Elsass gelegen ist die Ferienwohnung die ideale Ausgangsbasis um z.B. Colmar, Straßburg, die Hohkönigsburg und die idyllischen Weindörfer der Umgebung zu erkunden.

Heel fijn appartement, schoon, netjes en van alle gemakken voorzien. Gastvrouw heeft gezorgd voor alles wat je tijdens je verblijf nodig hebt. Een aanrader om te verblijven. Mooie omgeving en authentieke stak Ribeauville. Ik beveel dit appartement en lokatie ten zeerste aan.
