Villa Diana. Capacidad para 6 adultos y 2 bebés en cuna. Se puede reservar para cualquier duración de la estancia, siempre y cuando este está por encima de nuestros límites mínimos para una estación en particular. Puede tener cualquier día de inicio / cambio. Tiene una ubicación ideal que ofrece un remanso de tranquilidad y privacidad de ser sólo un corto paseo de las playas de arena blanca, tabernas, restaurantes, bares, tiendas y todos los servicios. Ofrece un ambiente seguro para las familias con niños, siendo al final de un callejón sin salida privada sin tráfico. Es una de 3 dormitorios, 3 baños, totalmente climatizado, con su propia piscina, jardín y patios en una tranquila zona residencial en el exclusivo Blue Water Bay Village. La piscina está recién revestida en 2018 con nuevos escalones romanos para facilitar el acceso. Lo hemos equipado al alto estándar esperado de una villa moderna. A solo un corto paseo (3 minutos) de Villa Diana se encuentra la hermosa playa de Malama, con sus aguas cristalinas ideales para nadar, ya que está en una cala protegida, con 8 deportes acuáticos diferentes en oferta. Usted puede relajarse en la terraza del hotel Malama manteniendo un ojo en sus hijos a nadar a continuación: las instalaciones del hotel están abiertos al público. Tenemos plena bebé y kit de niño en la villa, incluyendo cerraduras de la ventana de arriba para evitar que los niños pequeños que caen. Vallas especiales del niño. Wii con tablero de equilibrio y accesorios de golf, hub para el hogar con iPhone5 6 7 X / iPod / iPad dock. WiFi completo gratis en la villa. Hemos instalado un cambio de color de luz LED de la piscina bajo el agua. Tenemos una barbacoa de gas: no se necesita carbón ni fluidos de iluminación. Gran gazebo y mesa de café al aire libre con asientos cómodos para 6 personas. Hay un sistema de TV con Android que te brinda todos los canales de televisión en inglés y ruso, deportes, sets en cajas, y más. La piscina tiene un sistema de agua salada, que es ideal para su salud y comodidad. Sin ardor en los ojos y una química perfectamente equilibrada todo el tiempo. La salinidad es la de las lágrimas humanas, alrededor de una décima parte de la salinidad del mar.

We enjoyed our stay and having amenities such as the beaches and bars within easy walking distance was great. The beaches and coves were fantastic. The beach bar and Tony's were our favourite places for eating and drinking.
The property did not look like the photos shown on the website and it could definitely do with some maintenance and tender loving care. Some areas were not very clean, so for example, there was a well established spider web in the downstairs shower room and in the upstairs bathroom the shower curtain was mouldy and the corners at each end of the bath had not been cleaned properly. The area around the bath could do with re-grouting and the toilet seat needs replacing. Many of the surfaces needed a clean. The air-conditioning in the 3rd bedroom leaked which meant that my daughter had to share the other bedroom with her friend.
Kitchen appliances all worked well as did the showers and wifi, we did not turn on the TV. We didn't use the sun-beds as they were all marked and could do with some new waterproof cushions. The marquee top was loose, marked and could have flown off in high winds. One of the outdoor sofas was broken.
The pool we loved; it seemed well kept and we enjoyed the kid's balls and inflatable.
The ants were tolerable. We did see a few too many cockroaches in the garden, a couple of which seemed to emerge from a hatch just outside the downstairs shower room.
A bit more lighting for the garden dinner table would be good.

We stayed at Villa Diana for 8 weeks. The villa is exactly as described, it's so near the beaches and Kennedy Avenue with wonderful restaurants. We hired a car for 3 of the 8 weeks as we felt that everything we needed was within walking distance. We did travel to Nicosia and mountain villages. We took boat trips and went to see Stardust. The villa was a home from home. Steve and his brother David were always contactable and responded to any requests we had. Emma and her husband the villa managers were in contact to see if we needed anything. Already booked another villa owned by Steve for another 8 weeks sometime next year. Oh and weather amazing made good use of the pool

Villa is in a residential road close to shops, bars and restaurants and within several minutes walk of beaches and coves.

We had a lovely stay in villa Diana
We have stayed in Kapparis many times and villa Diana was in perfect location, near to shops and restaurants yet in a quiet and peaceful spot
Lovely outside seating space (although cushions too big for chairs) the pool was lovely and in evening very colourful although coloured lights in front of villa not working in the boarders
Downstairs living area a really good size, plenty of room for all 6 of us -
upstairs bedroom storage and bathrooms a little tight for 6 people and bathrooms could do with a bit of updating and there were a few little tweaks we felt are needed that would have made the stay that little more home from home and special and maybe the site pictures do need an update - but we had a fab time and would definitely come back
Steve was always on hand with any queries and extremely helpful from booking to arrival, Emma was quick to come sort out a problem and even came to check on us after the storm.
empire cars were brilliant we used them for transfers to and from airport as didn’t get a car this time and we used them when we needed cabs during holiday, they were perfect, turned up within a few minutes, even drove us round different shops and waited when we needed something for our grandson and for us it was much cheaper than getting hire cars

We had the most wonderful time at villa Diana, the villa itself was very cosy and equipped with everything you could possibly need. The pool area was very enjoyable and our teenagers loved it especially! The location of the villa was perfect, just a few minutes walk from the shops and restaurants. The beach is also only a few minutes walk down the road.
Overall we could not fault the place, it was perfect for us, also I’d just like to add that the air conditioning in the villa was amazing, we really benefited for that as it was so hot at the time we went.

Really enjoyed the house

Villa Diana is a comfortable 3 bedroom Villa with pool. It is ideally situated for a short walk to the beach and the same for a selection of restaurants. A car is not necessarily needed unless you like to visit different areas. The seating areas are comfortable and as expected. Our only disappointment was the sun being behind the villa for large periods of the day which is a reflection on the low sun this time of year. Overall we had a great holiday and visited some really nice coves and beeches that we didn’t know about.

Villa is not as you see in the photo’s, could have done with more of a clean. Dust, cobwebs, hairs in bed and a open hole in the ceiling of the kitchen exposing a waste pipe. Once we settled we got over the cleanliness & enjoyed the rest of our stay. Pool lovely & clean spent most of our time in it. Fridge needs replacing, not very cold, milk & meat went off.

We spent a lovely ten days at the villa.
The place is well furnished, the pool is squeaky clean. You won't miss any kitchen utensils and all establishments for eating out or shopping are within walking distance as advertised and offer a wide selection of cuisine or are well stocked(if shops).
Same goes for beaches with a good selection of them either walking distance or a (really) short drive away.
All in all a very nice stay and we shall be returning in autumn.
Would definitely recommend to friends.

It was the perfect getaway with my friends. we had a pleasant time and enjoyed our holidays to the edge. We are definitely going to stay again at this villa cause we left with the best impressions. We had a very understanding communication with the owner and the details were very clear. It was very clean the kitchen , the bathrooms and the other rooms and we had all the necessary stuff for our stay.
