Overall this was a nice place and we would stay again. It was clean and had some good features. Proximity to a pool and being right on the ocean is hard to beat. It was great to have 2 restaurants on site and the option to rent chairs and umbrellas. There were also towels available at the same rental stand by the Tiki bar. Recommend having cash for tips. The restaurants are a bit pricey but convenience won. There's a coffee maker and Keurig in the kitchen; we stopped at the store on the way in and weren't sure what the unit had so just sharing :)
Not complaints at all, just info I would have appreciated knowing in advance.
The exterior of the windows were pretty dirty so the views with windows closed weren't crystal clear but we understand that weather and things out of anyone's control create that so again, not a complaint just a heads up for expectations.
A bit more info about the building, like an FYI sheet would've been nice. Especially after going through older reviews and coming prepared with rolls of quarters for laundry. Laundry is in the basement and you have to take the service elevator to get there. Then you need to use a credit card to purchase a laundry card ($5) and then you load the card. Later found a card on the dining table that someone left but had no idea that's what it was until after I'd already bought one.
Last FYI - when you pay for parking it's by the day and you pay when you arrive by how many days you'll be there. You park your car across the s

We stayed at this condo about six months ago and my two young sons are still talking about it. The beach out front was perfect, ocean was cold but the heated pool felt wonderful. We would definitely stay here again.

The rental unit was as described and the check in/out process was very easy. I do not recommend staying at the Ocean Manor Resort if you have children. The surrounding tenants were constantly smoking marijuana. The smell was so strong that we had to move our belongings to an interior bedroom and place towels at the door to the hallway. We went for an early morning walk on the beach and witnessed a homeless man showering naked at the beach showers on the Ocean Manor Property next to the Tiki Bar - several employees were working and no one did anything to stop this. This property is great for Spring Breakers, but I would not take my children to this property again.

Our beach stay was windy and rainy but it did not dampen our spirits or ruin our stay. The condo was lovely and the setup was nice.

This is a great location & loved having the bar on site. The room was clean. My only comment is that the light & fan in the master bedroom didn’t work correctly. The light would flash on and off after you took a shower and the fan wouldn’t ever come on.

This place does not disappoint. On the beach, great valet service and close to everything. Tiki bar on site with 12+ TV’s makes watching football on a Sunday a blast.

The property was exactly what it looked like in the picture! It was very cute and had everything we needed. The property manager was excellent about communication and got back to me immediately with answers to my questions. We weren’t sure what restaurants would be open on Thanksgiving, but the Italian restaurant had a wonderful Thanksgiving meal! Also, the tiki bar won’t disappoint for snacks and drinks! Thanks for a wonderful rental!!!

The property was exactly as pictured ! Easy access to the beach, nice tiki bar where you can eat outside. Plenty of space to visit and okay games. Check in was easy and the owner was prompt to answer questions. We Close to the restaurants at Lauderdale by the sea. I was surprised that the enclosed tub/shower only had 1/2 the shower door and the lever to turn on the shower was missing. I communicated this with the owner after checking out. I’m sure it will be resolved. I would stay here again

Overall the property was very nice and the service was superb. There are few items to address for such stay to remain 5 Stars. The freezer continuously froze and ice was not available. The shower did not have space to place your shower needs- you needed to bend down to get it. The tub shower was very slippery. Lighting in the living area was poor, and finally the windows were not cleaned to enjoy the view of the ocean. Outside of that, it was an enjoyable stay, and I will stay there again!

This space is great very clean a lot of space for us and our family. The beds are very conferrable and a few beach toys seats and a small cooler.. The Condo and Hotel amenities are wonderful weekends get a little wild but once inside the condo couldn’t hear anything.

Beach Vacation
This condo was perfect for our family beach vacation. There was plenty of room for my teenage sons and the location was right on the beach. There were also restaurants and shops within walking distance. We would definitely stay again.

Fine
I think the pictures look really nice, it was definitely a remodel and done ok. There were no hand towels and wash clothes in there, only one towel in the kitchen.. so washing your hands all week on it in the kitchen, you didn't have one for doing the dishes. The dishwasher did not work and had water sitting in the bottom of it. The bathroom counters look nice but there is absolutely no place you can set anything for getting ready which is hard with all ladies. But overall it was fine, we had a nice time.

Great Spot for Girls Trip
5 of us stayed here for a long weekend, it was great- super spacious, we could have fit more! The tiki bar was awesome, food was surprisingly very good. Would def stay again!!!

Good Getaway
We arrived after midnight, so it was great that the tiki bar/restaurant was still open. And it was easy to access the room. Everything was clean and comfortable. There was not much of a view from the room. I thought it had more of a balcony, but it was only an enclosed porch with windows that opened. That being said, we weren't in the room much. We were at the pool and on the beach most of the day. The room has two beach chairs and we paid $10 for an umbrella most days for the beach. It was crowded but we were there Easter weekend. My teenage boys were able to walk down to the pier and get ice cream and had enough to keep them busy which is always good. So overall the location was great and rooms were as advertised. My only complaint was that the walls were very thin so we could hear everything in the hallway and had a lot of noise in the morning from the room above us. The last day (Monday morning) there was early morning construction noise that was deafening coming from either above or adjacent to the master bedroom. It made us leave earlier than planned.

Summer Rental
My wife and I absolutely loved your rental. We stayed 5 days with my brother and his wife. We loved the location. The restaurant in the hotel was the best. The tiki bar staff friendly and the food was amazing good. We liked the pool and the beach. We truly enjoyed our stay. Thank you Jodie.

The room wasn’t clean, the vents were disgusting and the water pressure in the main room was terrible. However, we did appreciate Daniel for coming and cleaning the vent and leaving a vacuum and doing his best to help.

Fantastic from beginning to end
The communication was great from the start and followed through to the end.
The room was slightly larger than we expected from the pictures and was very clean! The beds were very comfortable.
We loved the Tiki Bar. Food and drinks were good and the atmosphere was great!
We are planning another trip and will probably stay here.

Great place for beach getaway
Rented this property and stayed with some friends for a short beach getaway. It was great having the two bedrooms, one of the bedrooms with two beds even, and a nice large living/dining area to all hangout in. The kitchen was a plus also. So much better than a hotel room. We only used the parking/valet for one night which I’m glad because it seemed like there was only one valet working at a time so claiming and checking your vehicle in/out at times can be time consuming. Otherwise the property was great. Had everything you needed on site. Beach, pool, tiki bar, and Italian restaurant were all great. Also had stores and other restaurants within walking distance if needed. We were told there was a free shuttle that would drop you off and pick you up at locations in the area but it wasn’t running due to covid. We made things work though especially with the tiki bar being open late every night. Great property if you want lots of activities right on site.

One Night of Relaxation
This was a very positive experience for our family. The Hotel property was exactly as listed: spacious, immaculate, furnished, and located wonderfuly! We ate dinner in the restaurant downstairs, then enjoyed drinks at the Tiki Bar. Please note also, the comfort of having the beautiful beach and pool access right outside the hotel doors made it very easy to relax for everyone. Jodi, the host, could not have been more enjoyable and trustworthy to work with.

The condo was perfect for my group of 5. We really did not feel the need to leave the property much since you there is so much at the Oceanmanor Beach Resort. Jodi the host was attentive with great communication!

Love this place
We love staying at this condo. There’s plenty of space and right on the beach! We can walk for dinner or groceries and there’s plenty to do. There’s a bar downstairs with great food and the kids (teens) are busy with the escape room, jet skis, pool and walking around to go have lunch at the pizzeria Jodi is always quick to respond. I will definitely be back.

Ocean Manor Stay
The property presented just as advertised. My family and I had a wonderful stay. The pool, the beach, the Tiki bar, all provided loads of fun! Our host, Jodi and the property manager, Daniel, did everything possible to make our stay enjoyable and were always available if needed. I would definitely choose to stay there again.

Long girlfriends weekend away
Our stay was everything we hoped and expected it would be. The room was extremely clean and spacious. There were amenities galore for us to use from beach towels to pool noodles. A full kitchen in case we wanted to prepare meals ourselves. We chose however to take advantage of the Bamboo bar next to the beach or to walk to the near by restaurants & shops of Lauderdale by the Sea. Our host Jodi could not have been more hospitable. From beginning to end she went above & beyond the call of duty. She truly made our stay that much more enjoyable. I would be remiss if I didn’t give a shout out to Jose at the towel/chair hut. He was so kind in helping us every day with our chairs & umbrella. We would highly recommend this stay.

Condo Stay on The Beach
Jodi, owner, was very personable, very reachable and had many suggestions for places to eat etc...
We were disappointed in the cleanliness. I took a few pictures. IF the vents in the bathroom were wiped down after each quest stay as the bathroom was cleaned there would not be the buildup of grime and "dust". The walls in the bathroom had hair product residue which would lead me to believe the walls are not wiped down.
The kitchen was well supplied but again the ceiling above stove is grimy. With low ceilings in both bathrooms & kitchen this type of buildup is very visible.
It needs a fresh through cleaning and paint.
We travel quite a bit and use VRBO all over the country. We don't mind age in a condo but cleanliness is our top priority. We appreciated the attentiveness of the owner and the location.
